It was a very, very pleasant experience. The food was excellent, Apulian cuisine with some gourmet touches. The service was top-notch.

I was torn between three and four stars. The food is good, the pizza too, but not good enough to justify the prices. A decent ortolana, essentially a Margherita with a few poorly grilled vegetables, isn't worth ten euros. Five euros for a portion of good fries is 30 percent more than I pay in similar places. The tart was excellent, the tiramisu was good but with a frozen base, and here comes the worst flaw: generally sloppy service, disorganized, and embarrassing wait times, especially if the place claims to be upscale. For now, the only thing that's moderately high is the price.

What can I say? Five stars aren't enough. The location is enchanting. The food and hospitality were simply incredible. The cuisine was a true revelation: delicious dishes carefully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to accommodate our every request. The service was impeccable, with attention to detail that made our evening relaxing. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, listening to live music under a starry sky. I highly recommend this masseria. Five stars, without a doubt, and I repeat, they're not enough! I'll be back as soon as possible.

Masseria Palazzi is a beautiful, well-kept and welcoming place, very well managed, it offers high quality dishes and fine wines, the staff is very kind and helpful, truly a nice discovery.

Con la mia famiglia è la terza volta che mangiamo in questo bellissimo e curatissimo posto. Oggi ci siamo tornati con parenti e amici per festeggiare la prima comunione di mia figlia,tutto davvero ottimo. Se dovessi cercare un difetto non riuscirei a trovarlo. Io lo consiglio tantissimo.

We had lunch on the occasion of Easter. Excellent food prepared well. Very beautiful location. The only flaw is the very slow service. Friendly and helpful staff.

Masseria facilmente raggiungibile, posta nella campagna di San Giorgio J. Struttura ben tenuta, piuttosto essenziale, dallo spirito minimal. Pranzo di Pasqua, tutto sommato riuscito discretamemte bene. Menù fisso, non particolarmente ricco: piatto unico di antipasti per persona, una porzione di parmigiana, 4 fette di capocollo, tortino di zucchine,una piccola ricottina e delle melanzane in agrodolce, polettine fritte e pezzi di focaccia casereccia...tutto ben impiattato. Il primo era costituito da ravioli di spinaci ai tre pomodori, ed un secondo costiuito da un trancio di entrecote, 3 patate al forno e verdure saltate. Qualità delle pietanze abbastanza buone! Uniche pecche: Tempi decisamente lunghi, l'attesa tra una porzione e l'altra è stata un po' imbarazzante, porzioni un pochino risicate, Personale gentile ma un po' scoordinato.

Easily accessible farmhouse, located in the countryside of San Giorgio J. Well-maintained structure, rather essential, with a minimal spirit. Easter lunch, all in all, turned out quite well. Fixed menu, not particularly rich: single dish of appetizers per person, a portion of parmigiana, 4 slices of capocollo, courgette pie, a small ricotta and sweet and sour aubergines, fried poletti and pieces of homemade focaccia... all well plated. The first consisted of spinach ravioli with three tomatoes, and the second consisted of a slice of entrecote, 3 baked potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Food quality quite good! Only flaws: Definitely long times, the wait between one portion and another was a little embarrassing, portions a little small, friendly but a little uncoordinated staff.
