Such a nice place. We came early (6 pm) for the dinner but they had pasta so we ordered tagliatelle al ragu and it was the best I have ever had. Also wine offer is interesting and the wine was tasty. Stuff was welcoming. We appreciate their playlist as well.

This restaurant is wonderful! The food is amazing, and the service is superb! The atmosphere is local and cozy. I highly recommend lunch or dinner here if you are in Bologna.

i don’t do many reviews and when i do it’s generally the positive ones! what i don’t understand is why Marsalino’s current rating is 4.5! you may think i’m sad but in my 24 hours in bologna i went twice. my rationale is in such a short visit why take a chance when you find such a great restaurant! Fabulous vibe, excellent food, fantastic value and really cool staff! My advice is go!!!

We went for lunch during the week and luckily found a seat. In winter the seats inside the small restaurant are few and very close together, so booking is highly recommended. The guys are very easy going, nice and quick. Really good dishes with suitable solutions both for a quick business lunch and for filling up at will. Tortellini with parmesan cream really well made. Very rich and tasty Bolognese cutlet. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended.

07/01/2025: We found this restaurant by chance but it was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place with references to the Bolognese tradition. Delicious Bolognese tagliatelle. I will definitely go back as soon as I return to Bologna!
05/01/2025: I ate well and the service was good. I didn't like the tartare so much but the tortellini were a must. I absolutely recommend
