This rustic restaurant in the center of Bologna offers excellent value. If you're passing through on a Sunday lunchtime, as it's between Porta Saragozza and the city center, it's a great option if you're arriving from the parking lot beyond the gate. You can often find a table even without a reservation, as it's not right in the city center. The menu is extensive and the service is fairly quick. The portions are generous and the prices are more than fair considering the location close to the city center.

I've been going here for 20 years and have always had a good experience. The prices are average, the fish is good, but the lunchtime food is also good, with different dishes every day. The pizza, served as a sandwich, is always excellent.
