Beautiful venue in the center of Ragusa Ibla. Chef Gianfranco and owner of the restaurant pampers his customers with his exquisite dishes and makes you feel at home. I had a great time and will definitely return to Maredentro when I have the opportunity to visit Ragusa.

Pasta was very good. Octopus tasted a bit bland. Prices are slightly higher, but not exceptional considering the location. Danger! Service surcharge of €2.5 per person, not per table, as usual.

Simple but friendly service. The restaurateur satisfied me by adding swordfish to the classic caponata, which was really good, tasty (not salty) and rich. Sliced yellowfin tuna cooked as requested, just seared. Online price.

The restaurant is located downstairs in one of the most beautiful squares in Ragusa Ibla, a stone's throw from the Duomo.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The dishes we tasted are typical Sicilian cuisine. All very good, delicious. In particular, I recommend the baby octopus and the Sicilian tuna. Excellent. True flavors of Sicilian cuisine

Tornati dopo qualche anno abbiamo ritrovato la stessa qualità,gentilezza e accoglienza!!!materia prima di ottima qualità pesce sempre fresco per questo, il menù varia ogni giorno in base alla disponibilità.. Ad Ibla senza dubbi il migliore... difficile indicare uno dei piatti migliori perché ogni piatto di qualità è preparato in maniera impeccabile!! Grazie mille spero di tornare presto
