28/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Risorgimento, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with genuine warmth: the owners are kind, helpful, and exude a genuine passion for the restaurant industry that's rare to find these days. A major strength is their focus on gluten-free options: the dishes are simply exquisite, and, incredibly rare, the flavor is fully comparable to that of traditional gluten-based dishes. There's no compromise, just quality and care. The portions are generous—the kind that make you smile as soon as they arrive at your table—and the value for money is amazing: you can eat truly well for little money, a balance that's increasingly difficult to find. We went for lunch, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. Useful information for future guests: paella and fritto misto are available upon advance reservation when you reserve your table (a few days in advance). It's not a limitation, but a focus on the freshness and quality of the preparations.
