Third, the service is outstanding—our waiters were attentive, thoroughly explaining the dishes and sharing their fascinating history, which added so much to the experience. The presentation of the food is equally impressive, with every plate looking like a work of art. What’s more, the prices are surprisingly reasonable compared to Michelin-starred restaurants, where you’d pay significantly more for similar quality. Here, you get Michelin-level dishes at a fraction of the cost. The restaurant also offers delightful complimentary touches: a chef’s amuse-bouche, a variety of locally inspired breads, and an extensive wine list with a great selection by the glass or bottle. The restrooms are impeccably clean, with luxurious hand towels, and a clever quirk—figuring out that the water is activated by a foot pedal!
