Well... What can I say... The location is simple and light, but well done. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. The only flaw is the agnolotti with butter and sage, which are delicious. Unfortunately, perhaps because of the type of sage or a bit too much, the flavor tends to overpower the pasta itself (which is excellent anyway). The second course was very good, I asked for a certain cooking method and it was just that. "Light" dishes full of flavor... That is, after a first and second course, you leave feeling full but not overstuffed, nor "hungry"...just right. A score of 0-10 would be a solid 7.5, and it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant. The quality/price ratio is good; I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas, which, if they're like the rest, are in a great place. The location of the restaurant in the center of Turin is also good, even if it's on a side street, but still just right... That is, once you've finished dinner, you leave and in less than a few minutes' walk you're in Piazza Castello. Here's another flaw... Unfortunately, they're closed for lunch. Total price for a first course, a second course (meat), beer, liqueur, and tip, no more than €50.... Valid.

Very satisfied with the dishes I ordered. The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and white truffle were excellent.
A truly delicate dish that brought out the flavors of both ingredients.
Excellent and professional service.

La posizione è centrale, a ridosso di piazza Solferino, e l’ambiente moderno, forse un po’ impersonale, con numerosi tavoli sufficientemente distanziati da garantire un buon comfort acustico.
Il menù è piuttosto ampio, con proposte sia di terra sia di mare della tradizione italiana.
Preparazioni, a mio giudizio, un po’ disomogenee: molto apprezzati l’insalata di polpo con patate, pomodorini e olive ed il vitello tonnato, troppo unta la “orecchio di elefante”, in origine proposta con pomodorini e rucola a cascata sulla carne, con il rischio di inumidire l’impanatura e cuocere le verdure fresche.
Carta dei vini abbastanza ampia, comprendente anche qualche “mezza” bottiglia.
Servizio cortese ma, nonostante il ridotto numero di avventori, un po’ lento.
