We had pizza, which was good and well-topped. Good selection; they don't make hundreds of different pizzas, but they do them well.

22/04/2025: We arrived at the Euthalia restaurant in San Giacomo di Roburent (province of Cuneo) in a wonderful location, the owner welcomed us and he is a very pleasant person. The evening was spent in a beautiful setting, high quality food, super wine, I recommend it to everyone at least once.
01/03/2025: Everything was excellent. I can only give it 5 stars. My only suggestion is that the tablecloth is needed.

27/07/2025: Un plus la trippa le lumache elo stoccafisso. Ottimi anche i dolci e rapporto qualità prezzo giusto inoltre una vasta scelta di vini
28/06/2025: E' la terza recensione che faccio alla Locanda Alpina ( in cui ho cenato e pranzato numerose volte). Colpisce, in un menù con poche proposte ( sia antipasti,primi e secondi che dolce) la qualità dei piatti offerti. Tris di antipasti in cui spicca il tortino di melanzane ( sublime al palato) poi risotto all' aglio ursino ( anche in questo caso cottura e gusto superlativo). Ho mangiato anche le lumache su letto di polenta e verdure lessate che ben si legano come sapori. Adeguata cantina: ho bevuto una bottiglia di Nebbiolo . Rapporto qualità/prezzo in linea con il posto. Consiglio a chi non ha mai provato di fare visita: sono certo che apprezzerà questo locale!
