The Mare Kambo restaurant offers a pleasant experience right on the sea, perfect for a lunch or dinner with a view. The atmosphere is relaxed, typical of a beach resort, and the staff is friendly. The portions are just right, the dishes are well presented and the prices are reasonable. Upon arrival, a welcome non-alcoholic aperitif is offered. Parking is on the street only and is paid; on Sundays it can be difficult to find a spot. Recommended for those looking for good food in an informal setting and a sea view.

Abbiamo cenato con amici due volte. Tutte e due le volte siamo stati soddisfatti sia del cibo che del servizio. Porzioni abbondanti e saporite. Buono il vino anche se carta dei vini con scelta non molto ampia. L'unica nota stonata è che volendo il conto separato hanno storto il naso prima di farlo.

An incredible restaurant with excellent food and a staff that was very attentive to our every need. One of the best places we've eaten in Sicily. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

GREAT FOOD by the sea. Fresh fish, fresh vegetables... But the best, THEIR STAFF. Professional, expert and experienced service. I help us choose with patience and wisdom. It's a pity that I don't remember the name of the sheep with glasses, but I would like to thank him. Possibly in high season they are released and you have to be patient, but in May. PERFECT PLACE.

16/02/2025: Mon resto préféré à Catane.. j'y reviens à chaque séjour. Cette fois ci essayé le "stocco" de l'anglo-nordique stockfish. Préparé à la messinaise et généreusement servi. Excellent, attention il n'est à la carte que les mardi et mercredi. Puis une grillade variée d'espadon, calmar parfaite. Pour terminer, un petit verre de malvoisie offert, bien agréable avec petits biscuits.
