MARCELLO Experience In Langhirano

I don't know if there's a special requirement for the welcome drink, which was served to everyone in the room except us... Aside from this very unpleasant detail, however, the experience was pleasant. The food was excellent, and the waiter was kind and helpful. Prices were a little above average.

A few days ago, I visited the Marcello Experience restaurant in Parma, and it was a truly delightful discovery. We were greeted with great kindness from the moment we arrived, accompanied by a delicious glass of their own rosé. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, yet warm, familiar, and relaxed: one of those places where you immediately feel at ease. We then began with an appetizer of chicken marinated for 48 hours in spices: incredibly tender, fragrant, and incredibly flavorful. It was accompanied by excellent bruschetta, especially the one with Fassona beef tartare, burrata, and Cantabrian anchovies, perfectly balanced in flavor. We also loved the tagliatelle with pistachio pesto and shrimp tartare: a delicate, harmonious, and well-balanced dish. To finish on a sweet note, we enjoyed an excellent homemade ice cream, followed by an oak-smoked vermouth, which concluded the dinner in an original and delightful way. A restaurant that combines quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a truly warm welcome. An experience I wholeheartedly recommend.

We had lunch with eight friends on Sunday, March 8th. It was a wonderful experience, with a superb location, a table with a wonderful view of the vineyards, and excellent food. The service was very friendly and the dishes were delicious. The icing on the cake was a tour of the winery with Yassin, who explained the history of the company and its production processes with passion and kindness. Highly recommended.

The food is excellent, the location is truly well-kept and beautiful, but I'd like to praise the service. Everyone was truly professional, polite, and kind, making us feel at home in a beautiful setting. Thank you for the experience.

For my birthday, my family treated me to an experience at Cantina Marcello that I will long remember. I should start by saying that I'm a fan of the Marcello Gran Cru, so I arrived with high expectations... and they were exceeded. The initial welcome was impeccable: warm, professional, and never forced. You immediately sense that you're in a place where wine isn't just produced, but passionately narrated and shared. The tour of the cellar was one of the most evocative moments. The lighting dedicated to the new range of vintage wines creates an almost theatrical atmosphere, showcasing each bottle as if it were a work of art, an experience that truly engages all the senses. The dinner and tasting rounded out the evening masterfully. Carefully crafted dishes, thoughtful pairings, and attentive, yet unobtrusive, service. In short, a place that flawlessly blends quality, atmosphere, and authenticity. An experience I recommend to anyone who wants to experience and breathe the true essence of Italian excellence. For me, a perfect gift and a truly unforgettable evening.
