Lamb ribs, perfectly flavored and melting in your mouth, Marcello vintage that pairs perfectly with the meat, creating a balance of flavors, and last but not least, a sublime chocolate cake (the cake has a bold dark chocolate flavor accompanied by fluffy flakes of whipped cream and fresh, sweet strawberry flakes). Sono stato da Marcello Experience per il pranzo del primo maggio. Location spettacolare in mezzo alla vigna e con vista sulle colline Parmensi. Tagliere misto di salume superlativo, io poi ho preso la punta tenera, saporita, spettacolare. Gelato 99% latte con frutta fresca e che gli vuoi dire?!? Il tutto accompagnato dal vino della loro cantina. Tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo ristorante di cui non conoscevamo l’esistenza. Grande scoperta!! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla location anche se il meteo non ci ha assistito… Siamo sicuri che col bel tempo valga la pena ripetere l’esperienza per godere della vista sulla vallata. Accoglienza gentile così come il servizio. Abbiamo trovato la qualità del cibo veramente ottima e le porzioni abbondanti!! Varie proposte di terra e di mare. Ampia carta dei vini. Non propriamente economico ma vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più se ti alzi da tavola soddisfatto.
