The food is sooooo good! I had the Greek pizza with olives, feta cheese, and tomatoes and it was very flavorful! The atmosphere is peaceful, not too loud and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!

I've been at least six times (maybe more) to this restaurant that nods to a pizzeria (or vice versa). That means I like the place. Six times, I've been satisfied with the food: well-prepared, hot dishes, generous portions, and fast. I've been for dinners with friends, romantic dinners, and in both cases, I felt like I was in the right place. But... Six times, six different approaches from the staff: a relaxed but kind waiter, an older waiter who wouldn't let me add an appetizer after I ordered pizza, a hyper-present and attentive waiter (as if we were in Porto Cervo), a young waiter who's only allowed to take orders for water... In short, a sense of uncertainty in the manager's decisions to opt for one reception style over another. The location is very beautiful, from the furnishings to the lighting, from the table layout to the view of the kitchen. I'll be back because the quality/price ratio is good. The management remains unclear: we're on Viale Monza, with families, grandparents, managers leaving the office late, girls with gym bags, "Maranza" kids in their dads' cars... this whole mix is ​​the beauty of our neighborhood, the beauty of Milan. So, please, don't let it become a posh place like the poor man's Corso Como! Opt for a friendly, easygoing service style! But that's just a suggestion!

Even without a reservation, my colleague and I got a table. From the first greeting, everything went smoothly. The food and atmosphere are top notch. I recommend a visit 👌

siamo stati a mangiare cena io ed il mio fidanzato. La location è suggestiva e affascinante , la cucina a vista rende l’ambiente caldo e familiare. Il personale è gentile e premuroso , e chef Buffo simpaticissimo oltre che bravissimo. Il risotto con ragù di ossobuco è una sinfonia per il palato, mai mangiato un risotto così buono e particolare. Consigliatissomo perché è un luogo dove ci si sente avvolti da un’atmosfera unica e dove la cura dei dettagli e il tocco dello chef rendono i piatti unici e dal gusto inconfondibile

Excelente comida y servicio en un restaurante muy bien decorado. Tomamos un par de entrantes y la ternera. Todo delicioso. La única razón para 4 y no 5 estrellas son los no tan acogedores por el chef cuando llegamos a las 7. 27 pm (exigió que esperáramos... para ser salvados por el anfitrión adecuado) y el ruido y la vibración de la CA

03/10/2025: I've been wanting to try "La Refezione" for a while, partly because I live quite close by and the reviews I'd been hearing were overwhelmingly positive. Finally, I had the opportunity for lunch, and what can I say? It's simply impossible not to give this place top marks, enchanting in every way. Let's start with the location: the restaurant is located inside a sports club, nestled in a quiet, green area that feels like a true oasis of serenity. Not that Garbagnate is a major metropolis, but this corner is truly charming and lets you unwind as soon as you step inside. Inside, the rooms are incredibly spacious, airy, and furnished with a simple, modern taste that never feels oppressive or pretentious. There's elegance, but you immediately feel at ease. And then there's the welcome, the service. Here, we're truly beyond par. From the managers who welcome you with a sincere smile, to the attentive yet unobtrusive wait staff, to the chefs you can glimpse at work in the kitchen. Let's face it, you go to a restaurant to eat, but the setting and the people can transform a good meal into a memorable one, and they know it very well here. But let's get to the point: the food. We opted for the tasting menu. Unfortunately, it's not the same one I see now on the website, so my memory falters and I don't remember every single course in detail. But it doesn't matter, because the memory of the quality is crystal clear. Everything was excellent, with a couple of peaks of pure excellence. The first course, a dish with shrimp, porcini mushrooms, and potatoes: a masterful balance, with each ingredient absorbing and reflecting the flavors of the others, a true harmony. The second course, which literally stunned me with its simplicity, was the beef fillet baked with oil, rosemary, and poached garlic. It might seem like a "banal" dish, almost home-cooked. And yet it was a masterpiece. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful meat that melted in your mouth, and a matching olive oil that just had to be there! Paradoxically, it's precisely from these essential dishes that you understand everything: the absolute quality of the ingredients and the skill of those in the kitchen. If I were to split hairs, perhaps the three-meat lasagna, delicious as it may be, would have benefited from a minute less in the oven to be perfect. But it's truly a minor detail in an impeccable journey. The philosophy that permeates this place is that of a cuisine rooted in tradition, yet capable of reinterpreting and enriching it with flavor and respect, without distorting it (which wouldn't be a bad thing in itself, but it needs to be done in a way that gives it meaning, not just for gratuitous showmanship). In short, I hope I'll have the opportunity to return soon. I recommend it without the slightest reservation. Truly well done.
