09/02/2025: “An unforgettable stay at the Grand Hotel Minerva in Florence” My stay was absolutely perfect. Situated in a central location, the hotel offers a spectacular view of Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the wonders that only Florence can offer. The hotel itself is an elegant fusion of modernity and historical charm, with spacious, tastefully furnished rooms. The cleanliness and attention to detail are impeccable. Another point that deserves particular mention is the COURTESY and PROFESSIONALISM of the staff (Alessia Patrizia) The ladies with whom I had the most dialogue were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast, served in a welcoming environment, offers a varied selection of fresh dishes and local dishes. One aspect that really struck me was the extraordinary helpfulness of the staff. When I had to leave my room at 12.00, I asked if it was possible to leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours. When I returned at 7.00, the departure time, I was warmly welcomed not only by assisted with the luggage but they were kind enough to allow me to use the bathroom before departure. A truly thoughtful gesture that made my experience even more pleasant. This attention to detail and customer care made the difference and made me feel very comfortable during my stay.
