Il bar del Mandarin Oriental Garden a Milano offre un’esperienza elegante e sofisticata, ma con un’atmosfera relativamente intima, grazie alla sua arredamento dai toni scuri. Il servizio è stato uno dei punti di forza della nostra visita. Il personale, infatti, si è mostrato estremamente attento e professionale. In particolare, un cameriere ha dimostrato grande cura nel consigliarci, avvisandoci con discrezione che uno dei drink che avevamo scelto — un Michter's bourbon infuso al sesamo — non sarebbe stato particolarmente fruttato e ha descritto in detagli il drink. Il suo intento era evitare eventuali delusioni, un gesto di grande attenzione. Nonostante il suo avvertimento, abbiamo deciso di ordinare comunque il drink, , la scelta si è rivelata comunque molto piacevole, interessante e originale. La (bellissima) carta dei drink è sicuramente innovativa, con cocktail ben studiati che combinano ingredienti insoliti. I prezzi sono piuttosto elevati, ma non sorprendenti per un bar di questo livello - Eur 30 / 25 per un drink. Nel complesso, il bar del Mandarin Oriental Garden offre una qualità del servizio che si allinea perfettamente con gli standard dell’hoteli. Ad ogni modo, una visita al bar è sicuramente consigliata per chi vuole gustare cocktail innovativi in un’atmosfera di classe.

Very nice ambiance in the mandarin garden Milan. I would like to point out the exceptional quality of service provided by the entire staff here very attentive overall, but in particular Sofie who was our waitress during our stay here. We simply LOVED her. She really made our experience worth while for me and my family. We looked forward to seeing her again!

We had an aperitif for a special occasion and were fully satisfied. The garden is very well cared for and even in autumn it is very comfortable outside in the evening. The service is top quality and the drink menu is well-curated. The price is normal for such a place.

Very nice place, elegant and intimate atmosphere, really good food and very attentive service, the only flaw is the price of the cocktails which I think is unbalanced compared to the price of anything else on the menu which is adequate for the quality it offers.

Service and atmosphere was amazing

We came to Mandarin Oriental just for drinks. The selection of drinks and cocktails is huge. Still, one of us had a very special request that was not on the menu. Our waiter Francesco was very competent and able to advise his colleague at the bar on how to create something very similar to the wish of my husband. Kudos to Francesco for being so committed to customer satisfaction: the management of the Hotel should really be proud of having such an excellent employee! All of us enjoyed the elegant and relaxing atmosphere, besides the fabulous cocktails.
