Excellent pizzeria, ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. The staff is truly courteous, attentive, and always available. The pizzas are made with quality, fresh, and carefully selected ingredients, which you can taste from the first bite. The dough is light and well-cooked, with balanced and flavorful toppings. The pinsa is also excellent! A place that focuses on quality and a welcoming atmosphere: definitely recommended and one you'll gladly return to.

I went there tonight with my family, I ate very good pizza and calzone cooked in a wood-fired oven! Friendly staff! Fair prices. I will definitely be back!

The pizza was delicious, just the way I like it—well-cooked and crispy. For a different kind of flavor, I highly recommend "La Stellare," with gorgonzola, pears, radicchio, and walnuts!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I dined here during Lucca Comics 2025, and as usual, it was pouring with rain. The staff, without being asked, provided us with a stove and assisted us. Very good pizza and fresh ingredients; quiet and welcoming atmosphere. It's a shame it rained, because the outdoor area is also very well-equipped and well-maintained. Highly recommended pizzeria. :)

Dinner with friends on a Saturday night. Service was fairly quick, and the staff were friendly. The pizza dough was good, but it was cooked a bit too quickly and at a high temperature. Desserts were average. Prices were also average.

08/01/2026: I've been to Amaro several times, but on New Year's Eve they outdid themselves. The seafood menu is spectacular, with many courses and a never-failing wine to match. The owners are incredibly kind. The waiters are helpful, precise, and always available, especially Greta. I highly recommend it to everyone.
07/01/2026: Elegant venue, welcoming service, no objections to the sharing of dishes. A couple of welcome entrees (pappa al pomodoro and patanegra crostini), excellent appetizers, two rich and balanced fish-based first courses, an excellent Florentine steak, perhaps a bit too rare, and homemade giardiniera. Desserts were top-notch, though a word of caution about the cream puffs, which—for us Campanians—were not up to par. The house Chianti was a must. The bill was fair. If you come to Viareggio, go there.

06/01/2026: A typical trattoria with good quality cuisine, very kind and helpful staff. I recommend that you define at the time of booking whether the table is inside the tavern or outside in the dehor based on the season because if you don't ask first, the more complainers you get, the better the place.
06/01/2026: An excellent lunch at Oste di Lucca. We had an excellent Chianina Fiorentina steak, high-quality meat, perfectly cooked. A special thank you to Vincenzo for his wonderful attention to us, preparing a dish dedicated to our future fatherhood. A gesture that truly made us happy. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended.
