Among the best meat restaurants in Rome (perhaps the best of all...) excellent location in Parioli. Wide selection of excellent cuts of meat and meticulous cooking. Attentive and competent service. Number 1.

I don't understand the 4.2 rating; it should be higher. The slow-cooked Iberian pork ribs were absolutely delicious. I'm Spanish, and we know a thing or two about that. The truffle risotto was very good. I'll be back.

The truffle risotto was very good, but I was left wanting more from the dessert, which I found a bit small and not soaked enough for a pistachio tiramisu. The welcome was pleasant, as they provided us with two portable heaters for outside.

Amazing food!!! Excellent restaurant for lovers of good quality meat. It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back! I recommend the beef tartare and pulled pork, but the mozzarella kataifi was equally delicious! Followed by an exceptional Danish Florentine steak. The red berry cheesecake was also very good.

No, we're not there, reading reviews and articles online I expected more. The fried mozzarella appetizer was good enough, the grilled mortadella was nothing special. The pulled pork with BBQ sauce ice cream was good. The only downside was the pork ribs, which were very meaty and just the bone. The desserts were adequate. The staff was kind but not very attentive due to the amount of work that prevented them from paying attention to the customer.

The food was impeccable, from appetizers to dessert. Unfortunately, the head waiter was rude and unhelpful. It's a real shame.

07/10/2025: I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I mean, no one. I called, no answer. After 5 minutes, a young girl came in through the front door...she apologized. So I could have gotten a chocolate or something...maybe no one would have noticed.
