Good place with tasty dishes, especially after long walking around the forest and park in Brunate:) service was fast, pasta with mushrooms pretty good, ribs and polenta qas pretty big size!) amaaaaazing view - this os big advantage of place, you can enjoy your meal slowly and wonder the view - beautiful Como with cute villages, really speechless ❤️❤️

Decent food, service was not that great. We did not feel welcomed. All other tables had bread, oil and balsamico on the table, not us. Would put 3 stars however the view was awesome.

Innegabilmente la vista sul lago che si gode dalla terrazza è stupefacente e l'ambiente è molto cool. Il personale è affabile, simpatico ma allo stesso tempo impeccabilmente professionale. Il menu è basato principalmente sulla cucina tradizionale della zona: abbiamo iniziato con un tagliere di salumi, formaggi e conserve per poi passare chi alla polenta con lo zola (molto piccante), chi alla polenta coi funghi. Io mi sono leccato i baffi per il mio ganassino (brasato di guancia) con polenta, ma io non faccio testo (vado matto per la guancia). Ci è piaciuto tutto. Unico appunto: secondo mio figlio nelle sue tagliatelle ai porcini c'era un po' troppo rosmarino. Certamente in qualche crotto si può mangiare meglio e soprattutto spendere meno, ma Mama Gina in più offre coolness e un panorama pazzesco!

Ce restaurant se mérite surtout si vous faites l’ascension depuis le funiculaire à pied mais vous êtes vite récompensé. Accueil sympathique, une superbe terrasse (pensez à réserver) ombragée avec une bonne fraîcheur et une vue magnifique . Une cuisine authentique goûteuse : assiette de charcuterie, bruschetta, les pâtes sont délicieuses : Tagliatella ai funghi porcini, Spaghetto Mamagina et enfin les Ravioli burrata e pistacchio. Tester la polenta mama gina c’est une très belle surprise. Tarif plutôt élevé mais justifié. À recommander sans hésitation.
