Florya Restaurant offers an overall average experience, with some positive aspects and others that could be improved. The culinary offering is decent, without any particular flair, but with room for improvement that could further enhance the restaurant's identity. Among the dishes we tasted, the perch risotto didn't quite meet expectations: the creaminess and balance of flavors could be more refined, thus highlighting the main ingredient and making the dish more harmonious. The seafood spaghetti, on the other hand, has a good base, thanks to quality pasta and proper cooking. The seafood—scampi, clams, mussels, and other seafood—could, however, be selected more carefully, thus offering more intense flavors and a more convincing overall experience. The service, while friendly, could also be improved in terms of timing and presence, especially during busy periods. With better organization, the customer experience would undoubtedly be more enjoyable. Overall, Florya Restaurant has good potential and plenty of room for improvement. I don't rule out the possibility of returning soon, confident that some aspects can be further refined.
