Many comments mention that this is one of the best options in Milan for celiacs due to the attention to detail and quality of the food.
What's not mentioned, and what I think is the real difference between this place and the restaurant, is the care, education, and attentiveness of the staff.
We've been there four times now, and the food is always excellent, far above the average for Milanese restaurants.

Everything was excellent, the gluten-free pizzas were spectacular and the appetizers were crispy and delicious. I came because of the reviews looking for good gluten-free food and it was worth it! The pistachio pizza was the best I've ever had, and the Serrano ham pizza was generously filled! The place was quite busy but they served the food quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Excellent restaurant, we went without a reservation, my wife is celiac and we had no problems, served quickly, we ate meatballs in sauce with baked potatoes, everything was good, water and coffee 30 euros for two. We will definitely be back, maybe for a good pizza

They offer both options of the menu: gluten-free and normal (with gluten), so be sure to tell you want gluten-free if you need it. The waiter asked me which option I want, so it was great, I even asked for the meal without cheese, but I think they also have vegan cheese option. The food was good, but very salty, even my wife's normal risotto. 😀
