Malandrì In Altamura

11/03/2025: We went here on a Friday evening to try this place we had heard so much about. We tried two sandwiches and two starters. The dishes were really very good and above all very careful in the blends of flavours. One of the sandwiches that I personally liked the most was the green tartar. A mix of softness and crunchiness surrounded by wonderful flavours. I really appreciated the dedication that is clearly evident behind the creation of the dishes. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a message the next day asking us about our experience the day before. Personally this is a good point in favor of this place and their owners who care about their customers' needs. The place is nice and very simple. The only point I would possibly focus on is increasing the choice of beers which in my opinion could easily be combined with all their dishes.
