We went to dinner at this restaurant that was recommended to us. The setting and the position of the table were very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. There was music, a DJ set, people dancing and having fun, which created a nice atmosphere, etc. Really good food! Very extensive and interesting wine list!! Recommended from this point of view! The flaw was the 360 ​​degree welcome. Starting from the fact that we wanted to warn them of the delay, since we had been told to arrive on time otherwise they would have taken our table, and they did not respond to communicate the delay since there was no space for the car. At the parking lot which, in fact, did not have space for us, when other big cars arrived and there was a place for them…. Up to the welcome at the restaurant, totally absent. Even simply to warn them that we had arrived. We had to ask several times to sit down (1 hour later) at the table, much later than the time of the reservation. Understandable that it was a weekend, everything booked, etc., but a little more organization would be appreciated and recommended, also because the first shift should be notified that there is a second and therefore invited to vacate the table by the time of the next reservation, already notifying them of the conditions during the reservation phase, in order to avoid discontent. Instead, people remained seated, taken by the situation and dancing / singing etc. understandable, but I recommend that you improve this aspect because today it is essential to guarantee a certain type of service, especially in a place like this, of a high level, also based on the price range.. and it is a shame to lose out like this ... However, very beautiful location, pleasant environment and people, kind waiters, very good food and wine proposal! I highly recommend the Parma ham (pizza) = incredible! excellent ingredients, a raw ham that melted in the mouth (we did without tomato, so as to enhance the flavors of the ingredients much more!)

I was there the other night on the advice of a friend, the restaurant was excellent, the service was impeccable, we were served in no time by very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Location on the perfect beach, it's not hot and muggy, slightly ventilated. The food is excellent, I recommend trying the Maito penne. I will gladly return

Servizio da 5 stelle, non invasivo ma molto cordiale ed amichevole. Preparazione della tavola in modo maniacale (i dettagli fanno la differenza) e piatti da mille e una notte. Lode particolare ad un piatto semplice ma non scontato: il loro maxi-pinzimonio di verdure bio. Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti del Forte, se non IL PREFERITO, senza dubbio! L’ambiente che si respira è quello del Forte degli Anni ‘80/90 ma con tutto quello che ci vuole per competere con i ristoranti di oggi. BRAVI TUTTI, ci vediamo presto.
