Incuriosito dal fatto che il locale si trova molto vicino a casa, ho voluto provarlo in solitaria durante una pausa pranzo. La prima cosa che salta all’occhio sono i prezzi estremamente ragionevoli dei piatti a menú. Da questo scelgo un antipasto misto a base di varie verdure in pastella e samosa, accompagnato da tre salse: agrodolce a base mango, yogurt e piccante. Davvero molto gustoso e ben equilibrato nei sapori. Come piatto principale ho preso il Rogan Ghosht, bocconcini di agnello con salsa curry, pomodoro, zafferano, salsa yogurt e spezie. Che bontà e ancora che armonia di sapori e che maestria nell’essere stati in grado di bilanciare così bene tutti gli ingredienti tanto da farli distinguere tutti senza che uno sovrastasse l’altro. Poi la scarpetta col naan al formaggio è stata divina! Da bere un eccellente bicchiere di Lassi salato che ho davvero molto apprezzato. Sicuramente un posto dove ritornare.

The first thing that catches your eye are the extremely reasonable prices of the dishes on the menu. From this I choose a mixed appetizer based on various battered vegetables and samosas, accompanied by three sauces: sweet and sour mango-based, yogurt and spicy. Really very tasty and well balanced in flavours. As a main course I had the Rogan Ghosht, pieces of lamb with curry sauce, tomato, saffron, yogurt sauce and spices. What goodness and what a harmony of flavors and what mastery in having been able to balance all the ingredients so well so as to make them all stand out without one dominating the other. Then the slipper with cheese naan was divine! To drink an excellent glass of savory Lassi which I really appreciated. Definitely a place to return.
