The staff is not enough and cannot keep up with the customers.

Absolutely a place to visit. The selection of their desserts is vast. I went for an ice cream and I admit it was very, very good. The place is very elegant and well kept.

Always perfect. Polite and helpful staff, wide choice, excellent products. For me as a vegan... a paradise for the choices it offers and continues to expand. Super ice cream... highly recommended - TITLE OF 07/03/2024 - WHEN SOMEONE GETS THEIR HEAD: From an always perfect place to terrible service. Yesterday I went to pick up some sandwiches (14 sandwiches each Euro 4.00 - what a matter of fact for a bar in a commercial area...) anyway we count the sandwiches and there are only 12 - Impossible to make the two missing ones because there weren't any bread (so after me no one ate sandwiches yesterday) - The boy asks me if we can replace them with another type of toast, impossible since I was taking everything to an office where there is no possibility of preparing freshly cooked toast , so he suggests two scones - What to do? Of course I say yes, and I ask if I have to add something for the difference - I may be naive but given that the damage was caused by them (all paid for in advance at the time of ordering) I expected a no, or rather, a thank you for having been accommodating.... I'm really naive, I had to pay a difference. The sandwiches weren't even on a tray, but in their own plastic bag. Once upon a time my presence in this place was frequent, breakfast, ice cream... then the customers increased and the attention and care decreased. Personally, I don't think, both for the reason I have listed and for the prices that I consider out of place, that I will go to this bar again.

Exaggerated prices! You can't pay for a measly cone like in Via Roma Torino (where both the variety and quality are better)! The flavors are few and always the same, sorry it's not for me anymore!
