Locanda Balanzone offers fast and very friendly service. There's no choice on the menu because they obviously specialize in tigelle, which they also offer gluten-free upon request. Their attentive service is greatly appreciated. It's a shame about the basic quality of the cured meats and cheeses. In a place like this, where they're supposed to offer refined and unique products, the ones you find are actually very ordinary. This is the only flaw, and I hope they can address it with better products.

A truly warm welcome, a modern, clean, and tidy place with tables spaced far enough apart. Excellent service, kindness, courtesy, and expertise. The food and wine are definitely worth trying.

Excellent fried gnocchi, good tigelle and an abundant platter of cold cuts, cheeses and sauces, all of high quality... but unfortunately they are not prepared for food intolerances.

Discovered by chance, it was definitely worth it! Gnocco fritto, tigelle, cured meats, cheeses, and sauces were truly delicious and plentiful. There were 3 of us, and we couldn't finish everything; we left a little, but we were truly full! The two ladies in the dining room explained how to best pair the various sauces, and offered excellent service—not intrusive, but attentive, precise, and smiling—very pleasant. The owner also made a rounds among the tables, making sure everything was fine. It's a shame you're not in Genoa, but we'll definitely be back!! The bill was reasonable. Really good, we ate well, plenty of it, and in a lovely setting. Barbara, Enrico, and Pietro.

Excellent, I would say, tigelle and torta fritta with plenty of cold cuts, cheeses and other tasty snacks... fair price... highly recommended
