A unique experience. In addition to the undeniable excellence of Moreno Cedroni's dishes, it's worth highlighting the entire staff's ability to seamlessly guide the presentation of the dishes and wines, putting you completely at ease. We concluded the lunch with a tour of the workshop... we'll definitely be back for the "spine" experience. Congratulations!

We'd been to this restaurant many years ago, and it left us with an indelible memory. It didn't disappoint us this time either. We chose the "Luca and Moreno" menu, featuring—unbelievable!—spines, both animal and vegetable. It's an experience that's not just culinary, but emotional; an immersion in an incredible world of flavors that explode in the mouth and touch the heart, despite being all of an indescribable delicacy and harmony. The staff is witty, welcoming, and approachable, yet impeccable. The chef visits every table and conveys his passion, kindness, and smile to everyone. Of course, the price is comparable to a two-Michelin-star restaurant. But even we, ordinary people, sometimes splurge for a unique and fabulous experience that we won't regret.

An unforgettable evening. We chose Moreno Cedroni's La Madonnina del Pescatore to celebrate a special birthday, and it turned out to be the happiest decision we could have made. I'm not just talking about the excellent food—that would almost be expected at a restaurant of this caliber—but the extraordinary experience the chef and his team provided. A surprising menu, full of creativity, innovation, and unexpected moments like eating with your hands, which brought us back to the pure, instinctive pleasure of taste. The added value? Moreno Cedroni's presence, who personally presented some of the dishes, accompanying them with stories that shared his journey, his genius, and his tireless research. A true journey through memory, emotion, and culinary avant-garde. Impeccable hospitality, refined yet simple elegance, capable of making you feel at home while remaining in a temple of haute cuisine. A birthday that will remain etched in your heart. Thanks to all the staff, we'll be back soon: because experiences like this aren't forgotten, they're repeated.

An experience we wanted to try at least once in our lives. The food was obviously delicious and often surprising, but in my opinion there were two weak points: the pasta paglia e fieno, which arrived right before the desserts—very good but overshadowed by the rest—and the final dish, the chocolate fishbone, which was frankly disappointing. What left a bitter taste in our mouths, however, was the service. With the exception of the gentleman with the graying hair (I assume he was the Maitre d') and the kind attentions of Chef Moreno, the rest of the staff didn't impress us with their preparation or passion. At times, we felt like two young men out of place who should be served like the others, but without truly believing in it. Normally, we wouldn't give it much thought, but I think at this level it's very important to understand who you're dealing with and perhaps sacrifice a bit of excessive formality for a more genuine and authentic interaction. Amid judgmental chuckles and memorized descriptions, our decision to try both the wine and non-alcoholic pairings was met with reluctance. Plus, a semi-reminder when one of us went to the bathroom at the wrong time. The second bottle of water was served (and charged) without asking if we wanted it, after the half-full glasses from the previous one were taken away to make room for "dessert glasses," a detail that's a bit disappointing. A very interesting and positive visit to the Tunnel. In conclusion, we're happy to have tried this menu, but the (very high) quality-price ratio for this specific visit is only adequate.

Everything was fantastic. We opted for the Childhood Memories and Mariella tasting menu, plus wine. An incredible dinner with super friendly, kind, and incredibly professional staff.

It's difficult to be worthy of giving "opinions" or "judgements." Everything is close to absolute perfection, from the kindness of the welcome, to the menu, and above all, the dishes, which are nothing short of spectacular. I believe everyone should have this experience to understand how unique cooking can be. All the flavors are distinct in a harmony of fragrances and contrasts. Bellissima serata lo Sceff cetroni con le sue fantasie e competenze ci ha regalato una serata eccellente. Non sono mancate colpi di scena !!!! con visita , nel suo tunnel laboratorio . Un’esperienza da non perdere …… Antonini

Finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzare in questo ristorante, devo dire che l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata. Cibo ottimo, chef Cedroni perfetto padrone di casa. Servizio impeccabile ma non troppo formale, abbiamo apprezzato molto la proposta di accostare , alle varie portate una degustazione di succhi di frutta, fatti chiaramente in casa e molto particolari, in alternativa al vino, che, dovendo guidare dopo pranzo, abbiamo evitato.
