Neapolitan pizzeria with excellent pizzas and decent cuisine, but in my opinion the service is really too slow (45 minutes of waiting is really too long to have pizza, after the appetizers)

Neapolitan-inspired trattoria-pizzeria in Opera. The environment is not very large and especially on Saturdays it is very crowded and chaotic and the cuisine, especially the pizzeria, is significantly slowed down.
I went for the pizza which I must say is really excellent both in terms of dough and quality of the seasoning and it made the long wait worth it... I only saw other dishes pass by, but they looked good to the eye. The desserts are not bad. The service was good despite the chaos...drinks, dessert, coffee and bitters were served quickly.
For pizza I definitely recommend it. For those who don't want to wait long, I suggest trying this pizzeria on an evening other than Saturday.

Very fast service, good option for a quick dinner in the area.
The montanara was perhaps a little swollen, while the margherita, although good, bloated me (a little).
Basically I liked it but with an extra boost it would have been a perfect pizza. Maybe it needs to rise more? even slightly moister and softer would help..

On the advice of my father-in-law, I booked for dinner. Super helpful from the first moment, as we had limited time for subsequent commitments. Excellent service, efficiency and courtesy are the masters. Top pizza, sublime quality to say the least with top quality ingredients! Amazing lobster linguine! What can I say... I can't wait to go back.
