I love this place. The location is a little bit odd, crossing a palace. You can just sip an "aperitivo" (their Hugos are delicious) or have a dinner. Fish is fresh. Pasta is homemade. Service is professional and discrete. One of my favorites in Reggio Emilia

The outside appearance and interior raises expectations, but sadly the combined experience fails on the food quality.
Had a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. The salmon was actually really good, but the bagel was bland, a bit dry and could have been elevated with just a quick bake. The small salad on the side was completely undressed, and I was simply offered oil and salt to do it myself?!
My partner had a French toast with ricotta and berries. Berries were nice, but the toast itself was dry and obviously needed a LOT more soaking in eggs and milk to qualify for the title.
Our cappuccinos and freshly squeezed orange juice were very good. Service staff was quick and polite.

A nice place in the heart of the Emilian city that offers very fine dishes for both aperitifs and lunches and dinners. The staff is excellent.

Everything was perfect!
The location was beautiful.
Quality food and very tasty. I appreciated the clarity of the menu. They have a quality wine cellar.
Qualified, courteous and very helpful staff.
We recommend it and will definitely be back!!!!

I went to Macramè for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The place is very nice, both inside and out.
The menu is varied and interesting, but the quality/price ratio is difficult to justify: a plate of eggs with salmon like the one in the photo for €15 really doesn't make sense.

Segunda vez comiendo aquí, y fue igual de bueno esta vez si no mejor! El servicio es amable y bilingüe. La comida es simplemente excelente - - la mejor comida en Reggio Emilia hasta ahora de las 4 - 5 veces que he estado allí.

Sapendo che siamo buon gustai e amiamo il buon cibo ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante. Bè avevano ragione, siamo stati benissimo. Il locale è accogliente, ci si sente coccolati. Poi il cibo è ottimo. Piatti tradizionali rivisitati in chiave moderna. Un menù per tutti i gusti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Bravi
