I really liked the idea and the way it's organized. The quality, the courtesy of the staff were appreciated, and the unique offerings were very interesting. The only caveat: on weekday evenings, it's a bit isolated inside the covered market; but it's still a great place to go. WELL DONE!

If you're hungry, don't go; the portions are too small and the prices are very high.
If you're wealthy, this is the place for you; you'll be satisfied.
But it's certainly not a butcher shop for the masses.

I've never eaten such good meat in Milan. I had the bombette and the scottadito with a glass of wine, and besides the deliciousness, the prices were fair, and the staff were professional and friendly, explaining the origins, history, and recommending what to pair with it. My compliments, truly.

A favorite spot in Milan. Passionate staff with personalized wine pairings with platters. Recipes are specially made, and some generational. Always love coming back and sitting by the river!

An incredible place. A butcher shop with a kitchen! They're also very knowledgeable about explaining the dishes. I can honestly say I tasted the best pastrami I've ever eaten! The wine selection is also excellent.
You order at the counter; there's no seating, but that's the beauty of it: you can enjoy your meal while watching the chefs or overlooking the dock.

The meat quality is excellent, the tartare is superb and probably one of the best I've ever eaten (the braised beef sandwich is also delicious, kudos to the bread).
The staff is friendly and very helpful, and you can sit at the tables behind the market overlooking the dock. If it's not crowded in the summer, they offer a wonderful relaxing spot.
The prices are medium-high, but fairly in line with Milan. The portions aren't huge, but €14 for a quality sandwich like this is absolutely fine.
