Starting from the welcoming location, here you can find, and I confirm after having tasted Tuscan meats for over 10 years, an exceptional Florentine in every way, from the quality of the meat to the cooking.
Also very very good are the tartares. The wine cellar also offers a large selection of Tuscan wines.
Last but not least, the kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the owner and all the staff make the Francini Macelleria a 5 star place (and more)

A partire dalla location accogliente, qui potrete trovare, e confermo dopo aver assaggiato carni toscane da oltre 10 anni, una fiorentina eccezionale in tutto e per tutto, dalla qualità della carne alla cottura.
Inoltre molto molto buone le tartare. La cantina dei vini offre poi una nutrita selezione di vini toscani.
Infine ma non per ultimo la gentilezza, la cortesia e la professionalità del proprietario e di tutto lo staff rendono la Macelleria Francini un posto da 5 stelle (e più)

Siamo stati nel ristorante con alcuni amici per stare al fresco, visto le temperature insopportabili. Posto abbastanza piccolo e spartano. Servizio molto improvvisato, caffe e amari serviti nei bicchieri di carta... mancava sempre il pane sul tavolo, bisognava chiedere più volte di portarci dell'acqua. Abbiamo preso 3 assaggi di antipasti e le bistecche da dividere tra tutti i commensali. Praticamente due fettine di carne a testa. Cibo buono, ma porzioni molto piccole. Conto sproporzionato alla quantità a noi servita.
