Massimo Macelleria Francini con Cucina is a carnivore’s paradise. Massimo exudes a warmth that immediately makes you feel welcome and at home. We walked in without a reservation on a Friday night, and he greeted us with genuine hospitality. We asked him to surprise us with the menu, and what followed was an epicurean delight. The steak was, without question, the best I’ve had in this region — perfectly grilled, richly flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. The tartare was equally outstanding. Massimo also paired a bottle of Chianti that complemented the steak beautifully. I jokingly told him that anyone who can grill like that has a spot in heaven. This restaurant is a true carnivore’s delight. Every detail shows the love and mastery behind the food. I highly recommend it and will definitely return one day. Thank you, Massimo, for a truly special experience.

Siamo tornati oggi a distanza di quasi un anno. Reduci da due giorni in val d'orcia, di ritorno verso casa abbiamo fatto un'ampia deviazione appositamente per tornare da Francini, il Re della Fiorentina (e non solo). Salumi e formaggi misti, tartare miste, Fiorentine cotte alla perfezione, qualità eccelsa della carne, salsicce e agnello a scottadito. Vini di pregio (buono anche quello "della casa"), dolce. Il tutto a un prezzo super competitivo alla luce della qualità eccelsa dei prodotti. Re Francini merita una gita a Sambuca

Tuvimos un fabuloso almuerzo familiar aquí, magníficos cortes de carne a la parrilla directamente de la selección del mostrador. El vino de la casa era excepcional. Podríamos haber pasado toda la tarde disfrutando aún más. Muy recomendable. Es una joya escondida, por detrás.
