The price is good for what you get; others say it's expensive, but I think it's fair. I recommend the house wine, which is truly delicious! One of the best steaks I've ever eaten, in my opinion! For starters, I recommend only the raw fish; no cured meats or cheeses, although they're good nonetheless. The desserts are also delicious, made by a lady. The waiter is friendly, but above all, he knows how to sell! I'll be back.

Francini spoils you...too good... Tartare and carpaccio appetizers, and amazing steaks with a piece of rosticciana, half a sausage, and why not... a lamb rib... and the rest, but you have to go there to understand. Prices are reasonable and never excessive. Excellent. Great. I'll definitely be back soon.

It was recommended to us by a friend, half an hour from Florence but it's worth trying. A butcher shop that also has a grill next door in Sambuco, Tuscany, a few minutes from Florence. As soon as we arrived, they sat us down right away. There aren't many tables, but they're well-divided. The service was excellent. We ordered a tartare tasting, a liter of house wine, and then we moved on to the meat. The owner recommended a good cut of meat, and he personally takes care of the grill, which is well displayed inside the restaurant. 1,950 kg of pure goodness. He comes to the table, presents it, and tells us the weight. Then, it's cooked in less than half an hour and the meat is ready. They serve it already cut into chunks so it's easy to divide. It's time to taste it. The first piece is a spectacular fillet, soft as a fillet. The second piece is a fillet that practically melts in the mouth. Aged for 30 days, it was cooked perfectly. I thank the owners for this wonderful experience; they delighted us with their product. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a good, non-commercial Florentine steak.
