The restaurant offers both fresh butcher's products and delicatessen products prepared daily on site.
I have been going to this business for three months during my lunch break. I have had the opportunity to try all the preparations offered and have always been very satisfied.
Regarding gastronomy, there are things always present in the list, such as white and red meat preparations (e.g. rolls, wallets, morsels, meatballs) often stuffed with ham, cheese, mushrooms, etc., but then every day they are found also other dishes, from porchetta to hot sandwiches, assembled on the spot, and numerous side dishes, always excellent, including the baked potatoes, better than those made at home.
On some occasions I have eaten first courses (pie, trofie, spaghetti), and I can give 5 stars for these too.
I would like to point out on Thursday the arrival of fresh buffalo mozzarella from Campania, and the salami (of artisanal quality!) prepared by the owner and matured on site in a controlled temperature and humidity compartment are always available.
I would also like to point out the courtesy of the owners, affable and always smiling, and the possibility of booking the dishes with a preventive WhatsApp message, in order to reduce delivery times.
After the compliments there should be the criticisms, but honestly I don't know what to say, other than that, given the large offer of products, the space for consuming is limited to around ten places, and on some occasions, in moments of greater influx of customers, the place is a little crowded. But it doesn't happen that often.
Clearly the problem does not exist in the case of take-away withdrawals.
Last detail, the name "Butchery" is a little misleading, because in fact it is also a "super delicatessen" in all respects.
Go, taste it and you'll see that you'll come back.
