It was the first time in this restaurant, the fresh pasta was excellent, the veal with tuna sauce and the meatballs were delicious, I recommend it and I will be back soon.

We went for dinner by booking with thefork.
There were 5 of us and we took 4 grandma's platters, really very good and 1 egg with truffle, which was also good.
Since it was a Wednesday it was Roman evening, we had 5 trios of first courses, carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana.
The carbonara was very salty, the cacio pepe a little less so, I didn't like the amatriciana because I was already full.
For greed, we took desserts, a sacher, 2 panna cottas and 1 tiramisu. Good and great.
We will return to taste the pasta made by them, and we thank thefork because there was a 50% discount on the dishes, otherwise the prices are really very high.

We had a divine lunch in this beautiful place where everything recalls the art of making pasta as it is masterfully made here!
We tasted grandma's plate with traditional Piedmontese appetizers... one better than the other! Followed by the cuttlefish ink tagliolini with prawns and asparagus and the Piedmont agnolotti (the best I've ever tasted!)....all EXCELLENT!!!
Very kind staff; a note of merit to Miss Giulia: smiling, good and nice!!!

A special experience, we ate well but nothing exciting. The bill is a little salty. Very friendly staff, they seated us at 10pm even though the kitchen was about to close. Definitely worth trying, if there is an opportunity we will be happy to return.

Courteous staff, affordable prices, in the center of Cuneo. The first courses are made with homemade pasta at the moment. I enjoyed a good veal with tuna sauce and a surprising first course of tagliolini alla Mantovana. Really super. Small but good quality wine list. I would improve the proposal on the latter, which is rather sparse. But perhaps it is a choice of the venue to highlight the first courses. They will see me again for sure.

Fantastic discovery, friendly and smiling staff, excellent food, fair value for money, highly recommended, go...they make homemade pasta in front of you at the moment...an extra one for the tiramisu, a spectacle...perfect balance
