As the waitress explained to us as soon as we sat down, the Maccheria is a pasta factory with a kitchen. Fresh pasta cooked, seasoned and served every day. Right portions (you can also opt for the large portion), excellent choice and prices in line with the market. Wednesday evening "Roman evening": excellent carbonara and gricia tried personally. Top desserts. Until we meet again!

Very nice place. Fast and very courteous service. But what makes the difference is the fact that people actually cook here. All very good. Exceptional fresh fasta. But also the other dishes. Fresh and quality ingredients. A place to return to. Highly recommended.

They don't leave unlimited parmesan, it's a crime. You cannot choose the type of dough despite the fact that they are produced during the day. The plates are not generous. The carbonaras are too salty, and the caramele are too thick. Positive point, they offer a cupcake at the end. Ultimately, it remains a good restaurant. We are demanding for the improvement of this good restaurant because it has a lot of potential.

23/03/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant a couple of nights ago and were extremely satisfied. The staff was welcoming and professional, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes, in addition to being prepared with great care and attention to detail, were delicious. We will undoubtedly return to visit it when we have the opportunity to pass through the Langhe again.
