We ate lunch for our daughter's birthday. We only ate the first course and a dessert... but I would go back.. The pasta is crazy, you can feel that it is handmade and that they use a lot of egg yolks... the toppings are also super. The girls are all very kind. Highly recommended.

If you love homemade pasta and genuine cuisine, Maccheria in Cuneo is a must! This small but welcoming pasta factory with kitchen is a true jewel that combines the tradition of fresh artisanal pasta with creative and tasty dishes.
The place has a warm and convivial atmosphere, with a rustic but modern style, which makes you immediately feel at home. The scent of fresh pasta being freshly prepared is inebriating and welcomes you as soon as you enter. The service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who know how to make you feel special without being intrusive.
The real star of Maccheria is certainly the pasta, which is freshly prepared and served in many variations. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, with rich and well-balanced seasonings. I had the pleasure of tasting the Carbonarai plin and the Val Varaita ravioles, and each dish was a real delight. The freshness of the ingredients and the artisanal processing of the pasta make the difference, making every bite a unique experience.
The wine list offers a selection of local and national labels that pair perfectly with the dishes. Even the desserts, such as hazelnut cake and cheesecake, are absolutely worth trying.
Despite the excellent quality of the dishes and ingredients, the prices are fair and accessible. Considering the freshness of the pasta and the attention to detail in the preparation, the quality/price ratio is truly excellent.
In summary, Maccheria is the ideal place for those looking for an authentic and quality culinary experience in Cuneo. Homemade pasta is the highlight, but every aspect of the restaurant, from service to atmosphere, is designed to provide a pleasant and satisfying evening.

locale accogliente, con un arredamento originale e divertente. menu con un’ ampia scelta, con naturalmente una più ampia proposta tra i primi. materie prime locali, di qualità e molto buone; da sottolineare la ricerca di prodotti Km0 ed ecosostenibili. é percettibile la ricerca che c’è dietro ogni piatto, con ricette classiche rivisitate ed originali. prezzo coerente. servizio giovane, competente e solare. molto buoni sia la panna cotta, sia il tiramisù. l’unica nota negativa sono stati i tempi un po’ lunghi. nel complesso esperienza molto soddisfacente, sicuramente torneremo.
