Relaxed on the terrace at a large square, enjoyed a delicious ice cream. Well, ice cream 😉. We chose a shell with 3 flavors of ice cream and delicious whipped cream. It was still possible to choose a topping. We left that out. And while you're on the square. On the other side you can take the funicolare (cable car) up to the old town.

Truly a professional artisanal gelatoria that should not be missed. Using a rarely seen these days true gelato freezer which keeps the gelato at the perfect temperature (slightly higher than ice cream) for flavor and texture, to the absolute creation of the gelatos in the back kitchen from scratch. Using no premade mixes the final product reflects the time and energy it takes to make flavorful artisanal gelato that when it literally melts in your mouth you will experience the true taste and texture of exquisite gelato. If you are a fan of gelato it is worth going out of your way to this gelatoria.

Optimal!!!!! No 5 but 10 stars.. the staff is kind and very friendly and as far as the flavors of the ice cream are concerned they are all excellent and it is truly a pleasure to taste such good natural ice cream. Taste to believe what I just wrote.

un gelato così buono non l'avevo mai provato, offrono anche gusti più particolari che mai avevo assaggiato, consiglio molto anche il frappé, personale gentilissimo e bellissimo, soprattutto le due sorelle

25/05/2025: My fiancé and I dined here one evening during a two week trip across Tuscany and it was one of our favorite experiences. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting and the experience made all the better by the amazing staff. The woman who helped us, who I believe is the owner, was an absolute delight. We were treated so well and it felt a lot like Sunday family dinner but with better food ;). I would highly recommend dining here and if I ever make my way back to Tuscany I will find my back here for another night.

25/05/2025: This is the restaurant where I had the most delicious food during my 11-night trip to Italy. The concept is Tuscan cuisine. The seafood oil pasta is especially delicious. There are seats inside and outside, so if the weather is nice, it's nice to sit outside.
24/05/2025: Located in the heart of the historic center, this restaurant is the ideal stop for those who want to enjoy an excellent meal just steps away from the main places of interest in Florence. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a break during a visit to the city. We ordered a first course each: I chose tortelli al sugo and they were simply exceptional. Homemade pasta, rich and tasty sauce, truly a dish to remember. As a welcome, we were offered a basket of typical bread accompanied by an excellent extra virgin olive oil of their production — a detail that we greatly appreciated. The meal ended with a homemade apple pie: a real delight. Soft, fragrant and perfectly balanced in flavors, it is absolutely worth trying. An experience that I recommend without hesitation. If I return to Florence, this will certainly be one of the first places I want to return to.
