23/02/2025: Not worthy of 4 star. Good breakfast with more options. Very old fashioned. The TV was in a cupboard, had to be pulled out to watch TV. Felt like they tried to monetize, there was a price list in the room mentioning the rate for a comb, dental kit, and other little things. Being a 4 star hotel, there was not even one complementary water bottle. Close to railway station, about 10min walk. But about 20-25min walk to Verona downtown. Big and spacious bathroom, decent sized room.

15/02/2025: We had a language problem at the reception on the first day, but the receptionist understood all our problems and handled all the transactions as if we were doing business. Thank you. Everywhere is within walking distance. This was very nice. However, the services were lower than this hotel. For example, there is no kettle in the rooms, there is no tea or coffee service, everything is paid if you want, but this may seem strange to us since it is out of our habit. The rooms are clean and the bathroom and WC are large, there is no hot water problem, the bathtub pleasure is extraordinary, the service depends on your request, such as room cleaning, when you put a prepared label on the door, I can say that your room is ready when you arrive, etc., experience the rest and see for yourself. Thank you very much to the hotel staff, their hospitality was wonderful, we did not feel strange at all and we had a great rest.
