The pizza dough is truly amazing, perhaps one of the best I've ever tried. The toppings are also top-quality. The tomato sauce on the Margherita was perhaps a tad too salty, but it was still excellent. Outdoor seating is available (mosquito repellent recommended). Excellent value; if we were to pass through Pistoia again, we'd definitely come back!

Extraordinary pizza. I've been there several times and the dough is superb, as is the selection. Each time I've found a new menu and new pizzas to try. The staff is always very kind and attentive. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a good, authentic pizza. I've seen they also make thin-crust pizza, but knowing how good the authentic version is, I've never tried it.

We went to this pizzeria, I must say it was our first time, and it was very good. I had the diavola, which was delicious; my boyfriend had the bianca 4 formaggi, which was really good, and we also had the fries, which were also good. I recommend it to everyone, it's worth it. Congratulations to everyone.

Both Neapolitan and traditional pizzas are fabulously cooked, top-quality ingredients, excellent price and quality ratio, a beer to try, I highly recommend it.

Ottimo servizio, ma pizza gommosa. Fosse vera pizza napoletana, non si porrebbe la domanda "alta o bassa ?" Non ripeterò l'esperienza.

02/09/2025: I was in Montecatini Terme for a weekend, and I booked "Da Gina" based on other users' positive reviews. I hope this, in turn, can be helpful to anyone looking for excellent food! A typical Tuscan trattoria, with a family atmosphere (I love the red-checkered tablecloths, which evoke the feeling of good old-fashioned goodness), kind and friendly staff, and fair prices. Excellent food, from appetizers to dessert! Highly recommended! Here are a few photos, which need no comment...
