Furthermore, the atmosphere is truly pleasant; you can eat in complete relaxation without the worry of being unable to hear the person sitting next to you.
My partner and I had two red tuna appetizers, delicious, especially the tartare, followed by two first courses, simply delicious.
Finally, a fresh and pleasant herb sorbet.
Given the high quality of the ingredients and the cuisine, the quality/price ratio is absolutely reasonable.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Gonnosfanadiga or the surrounding area!

A huge shout-out to Ulivo and its owner, Carla, whose meticulous attention to detail makes everything so special. At Ulivo, you can choose to stay in the cozy rooms and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning, without missing out on the delicious dinner prepared with local ingredients. I was fortunate enough to stay here at the end of a stage of the Santa Barbara mining trail, arriving from Arbus. I recommend it to hikers and even those simply exploring the surrounding area. :) Even if you're not walking the trail, if you're passing by, take a stroll through the fairytale forest adjacent to the village.

We ate at the restaurant (partnered with the Santa Barbara Mining Trail) and it was special. The staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was spectacular! The fregola with sausage and tomato was highly recommended. The braised beef was easy to cut with a spoon, and the zucchini flowers stuffed with local cheese were fresh, fragrant, and flavorful. It was the best dinner of the Camino and unforgettable.

This place is a recent discovery for me. I've had the pleasure of coming here several times over the past few months and sampling various dishes from their menu. The cuisine is truly top-notch; the dishes are all excellent, the ingredients are top-quality, and most importantly, their menu changes regularly based on seasonal produce, which I think is truly appreciated, especially these days. The care and dedication of the entire staff is undeniably evident; they are truly kind, helpful, friendly, and professional. The value for money is quite reasonable, in my opinion, and the place has a truly pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it. :)
