Refined and delicious dishes are carefully crafted by skilled hands that showcase local produce to its fullest. Excellent service and hospitality in a relaxing setting that makes you feel right at home.

A lovely surprise! We dined with friends in the internal courtyard in a pleasant setting. The menu featured both seafood and meat (even too extensive...) and included a variety of daily specials. There were 10 of us, and we ordered many different dishes, all very carefully prepared, original, and well-cooked. No complaints! Among them all, the seafood fregola with celeriac, the tuna tartare, the sea bass on chickpea cream, the baked grouper, the seadas with ricotta, and even the grilled mutton! Everything was delicious, the price was fair, the service was a bit slow (it was a Saturday night, the place was packed inside and out, but the waitresses were very friendly).

A family-friendly, well-maintained and comfortable restaurant with an exquisite staff who convey care and serenity to the customer. Delicious, seasonal food...highly recommended!

If I could give 6-star I would give 7-star to this more then rare, unique gem in Medio Campidano! I’ve eaten here three times, and every meal was incredible. They take local, traditional flavors to a whole new level, every dish is amazingly bold and perfectly balanced. Each time they prepared outstanding, gluten-free menu for me, offering many alternatives. The service is flawless and welcoming; the owner and staff make you feel right at home without being intrusive. Beautiful, authentic location and incredibly fair prices for such high-quality, fresh,local, and filling dishes . Highly recommended! Pictures are from the last dinner. Excellent food, kind and professional staff, nice place but you couldn't feel...

A pleasant discovery, from the dishes to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Furthermore, the atmosphere is truly pleasant; you can eat in complete relaxation without the worry of being unable to hear the person sitting next to you. My partner and I had two red tuna appetizers, delicious, especially the tartare, followed by two first courses, simply delicious. Finally, a fresh and pleasant herb sorbet. Given the high quality of the ingredients and the cuisine, the quality/price ratio is absolutely reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Gonnosfanadiga or the surrounding area!

A huge shout-out to Ulivo and its owner, Carla, whose meticulous attention to detail makes everything so special. At Ulivo, you can choose to stay in the cozy rooms and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning, without missing out on the delicious dinner prepared with local ingredients. I was fortunate enough to stay here at the end of a stage of the Santa Barbara mining trail, arriving from Arbus. I recommend it to hikers and even those simply exploring the surrounding area. :) Even if you're not walking the trail, if you're passing by, take a stroll through the fairytale forest adjacent to the village.

Special and highly recommended if you're passing through Gonnosfanadiga! The staff is kind and welcoming, and the fregola alla campidanese is the best I've ever eaten!

We ate at the restaurant (partnered with the Santa Barbara Mining Trail) and it was special. The staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was spectacular! The fregola with sausage and tomato was highly recommended. The braised beef was easy to cut with a spoon, and the zucchini flowers stuffed with local cheese were fresh, fragrant, and flavorful. It was the best dinner of the Camino and unforgettable.
