Unforgettable culinary experience. The service was impeccable. Friendly, attentive and professional staff. The food…sublime. Dishes elegantly presented and enjoyed with pleasure. The harmonious flavors and quality of the ingredients were evident. The chef?!? The best! Cute and very kind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience.

I haven't tried the restaurant yet but I wanted to point out the excellent service that Mrs. Stefania had towards me. Let me briefly tell you what happened to me: I had booked a dinner for 2 people for Saturday 15th February with a credit card from their site, unfortunately on Saturday around 01:00 my fever rose and I immediately canceled the restaurant, having not canceled within 24 hours, as per the restaurant police, they kept the deposit, even though I did not use the service. So a few days later I called asking for the kindness of returning the deposit and they credited it back to me. Even though I was in the wrong, I believe that this gesture is worth more than any starred dinner. The humanity of people must be appreciated and for this reason I can't wait to come and try your culinary experience. Thank you

For a starred hotel I expected more. A little more ambient... the food was redundant, I tasted the same flavors several times: glazed meat with a sweet and sour reduction, practically only the type of meat changed. Bland cod. I remember a dish that left a very strong aftertaste of oil. Certainly not worth €330 per couple. I won't be back! The bathroom near the kitchen... I was expecting to have a sensorial experience but instead it was simply a very expensive dinner that lasted a very long time: about 4 hours!

In my experience it is a flagship for the city of Lamezia Terme. Simply exceptional and I believe that one star is reductive because it manages in a unique way to enhance simple materials by offering an experience that one has the pleasure of finding in few starred ones. For me it is at least a two star with the third within reach

I had an excellent culinary experience which allowed me to experience and see the ingredients of Calabria valorised in the "origini" tasting menu. It is beautiful how the traditional tastes to which we are affectionately linked thanks to childhood memories become technique and art. This is how from the poor taste (of Calabrian poverty, of the peasants) we move on to the luxurious taste (rich in aromas, mixtures and refinement). Top service. If I really have to make a comment, the restaurant decor is really minimal, a little cold for me.
