Nel Centro di Lamezia, nascosto nella movida e nei ristoranti, un piccolo Gioiello con ambiente elegante minimal e accogliente. Una cucina improntata alla rivisitazione di ingredienti calabresi in chiave Moderna con accostamenti di altissimo livello e riutilizzo delle materie prime sotto diverse forme e consistenze. I piatti sono dei piccoli quadri con grande equilibrio di gusto. Buona la cantina e gli accostamenti proposti. Tra i piatti migliori del menù a “mano libera” dello chef i primi con la rivisitazione della stroncatura (come piccoli bottoni di pasta), il risotto al fieno, ma anche l’anatra ed il baccalà o l’agnello con la melanzana in tre consistenze e sapori come secondo. Buoni anche dessert pre dessert e piccola pasticceria.

Wonderful experience - Probably the best meal I had in Calabria (besides the dishes from my nonni...).
We had the seven course tasting menu. Fine dining at its best; it starts with the stylish interior design, then the food is executed perfectly creating a balance reinterpreting traditional Calabrian dishes with the means of modern cuisine. And you can feel that chef Luigi Lepore and his team are very passionate in bringing haute cuisine to Nicastro. The chef took the time to speak to all guests after dinner and you could tell that he truly valued their feedback.

Every dish is well thought trough and represents particular aspects of Calabria in an extremly pleasant and stylish way. On top of that the focaccia and bread are divine and would deserve a place of their own.

this place massively exceeded our expectations!
The fantasy and creativity for the plates is outstanding and right now it's possible to find what should be a 3 star quality at a bargain. I was 'surprised' by most of the dishes and cannot think of a favourite. I'm talking about just the food, however, the house proposed wines were excellent. Didn't have a proper look at the wine list but it seemed comprehensive.
The ambience is OK, the people super professional and welcoming.
Will go back, it deserves it. Great team

We happened upon it almost by chance and I would say by luck. The 7-course menu, decided by the chef, is nothing short of surprising. The dishes smell, all the ingredients mix in the mouth in perfect harmony. The palate is continuously stimulated by acid, sweet, salty, bitter. There is no such thing as a boring dish, there are no boring flavours. It's difficult to point out the best dish, but the memory of a criticism is the manifesto of the flavors and the consequentiality with which they explode. I ate and finished every single dish because every course hides a surprise, which is impossible to give up, even if you are full. Compliments to the chef and his entire team.

Amazing restaurant in the heart of Lamezia. Beautiful minimalist design inside. The staff were very welcoming, relaxed and really attentive. The dishes were incredible, you could really feel the taste of Calabria, which was highlighted by some of the stories behind the dishes! Amazing flavours and definitely on the more “generous portion” size as far as tasting menus go. Cannot fault anything with this place. Grazie per questa straordinaria esperienza xx

Pranzato con mia moglie domenica 31 marzo.
Presi due menu da 9 portate "A mano libera".
Portate non banali e presentate molto bene.
Ci sono piaciuti tutti i piatti in particolare: la variazione di struncatura, la quaglia, l'anatra, ed il baccalà. Molto buoni i dolci.
Da bere, un buon rosso francese.
Personale cortese e preparato.
Molto apprezzato l'incontro con lo chef (molto disponibile) con cui abbiamo scambiato le nostre impressioni sul menù.
Conto più che giusto per quanto mangiato e bevuto.
Torneremo di sicuro.
