Great Bavarian experience. We discovered it through a coupon they gave us, but it is worth trying again, given the dishes offered.

Dinner on 12/23/2024: I have eaten at this restaurant often in years past and it has always been pleasant. This time the food was still good but the service was HORRIBLE! The boy (I think room manager of the evening) absolutely not suited to this job: not a word of courtesy, grumpy, annoyed by the presence of customers when he was asked for something (in a polite manner). The desire to return passes...

Buono il cibo, ma un servizio terrificante. Le due signore, nulla da dire, ma il ragazzo...voglia di lavorare saltami addosso che mi sposto! Scocciato, poco cortese, infastidito se lo si chiama per ordinare. C'era un bicchiere sporco, chiediamo di cambiarlo. Anzichè metterlo a lavare e prenderne uno pulito, ha passato uno straccetto di dubbia provenienza su quello. Antipasto da condividere, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi i piattini per mettere ognuno dentro la sua parte di cibo. Portano il dolce, senza le posate...non so se il cibo buono valga l'agonia di sopportare un servizio inesistente

Excellent burger and chips, delicious sausage with good accompaniments. The apple fritters with custard and cream were delicious. Definitely worth coming back to try other dishes. Recommended!!!! Honest prices. Kind and attentive staff

Saturday evening, the place was half full, everything was delicious, super-fast and friendly service, ideal for families with children because there is a dedicated area with toys, gluten free menu for children too, the hot gluten free pie is delicious, recommended, we will be back definitely, well done

25/01/2025: A sunny girl on a gloomy day.... She gave us a pretzel as she passed in front of the place, but what a nice gesture.... Done with a smile.... For this reason alone, it is worth entering their place!!!! A cart outside the venue... Simplicity and the magnificence of a kind gesture! How beautiful!!! Thank you we really appreciated it
18/01/2025: We went to eat last night during the Zoo 105 show in Varese…. Very good food, nice and friendly staff! We definitely found something different than usual!

22/12/2024: The menu and the service never disappoints, but we spent 43 euros each with just one course and dessert. I understand the general price increase, though....
21/12/2024: The Kapuziner has been an institution since I was a boy. For those like me who grew up on bread and holidays in Alto Adige it is an excellent way to feel at home. Even for those who are not used to it, there are plenty of alternatives. Delicious beers, delicious first courses and second courses of wonderful meats. The shank with baked potatoes is monumental! The desserts are also excellent and you spend the right amount proportionate to the satisfaction. Last but not least the staff is always on point, very kind and helpful. A must visit if you are nearby!
