We went in on a Saturday afternoon, while the place had plenty of people we got a table almost immediately, the matcha latte was nice, not too strong but the Devil’s cake was sooo good and not too sweet despite it being chocolatey. Unfortunately this location is not accessible and it would be pleasant if there was a ramp in the entrance.

Over the years this place has literally "impoverished". Compared to when it debuted in Milan, even the cakes, their strong point, have changed and are smaller today. The menu is always the same but obviously more expensive from year to year. The place could be used better, it's still a cold place overall.

Good, it used to be more refined... annoying South American music (I recommend West Coast music given the name) which has nothing to do with the place

Smash burger very good, done brunch. Waiters at large... they served us coffee and water only after countless reminders. And there were only us and two other tables to serve. It's a shame because the food and environment are still good, with "heavy" desserts (but in their style)

We tried them for breakfast, the food is good but although the place had only 3-4 Tables occupied service was slow. So if you are in a hurry be prepared.

08/08/2024: Good pizza cuisine to be reviewed service 👎 also. For an evening on the canals I would say 👎. There's no way I can order a pizza 🍕 and after I've finished the food arrives for my wife. The service should definitely be reviewed in my humble opinion.
16/07/2024: We both ate very well and they accommodated my request without any problems. Service was very accommodating.
