Fantastic restaurant. Nice, friendly owner, helps with the choice and describes the dishes very well.
We had lunch for two with a large dog.
Really excellent food, from starter to dessert.

Place with a delightful atmosphere of a small mountain hut. There is only one gentleman in the room (the owner) who serves all the tables, I must say with great diligence and friendliness. The only complaint I have about the place is that the menu is a little too limited. What I ate, however, was excellent, the best risotto ever: asparagus and porcini mushrooms, a real delight. Very recommended!

Good evening,
We went to eat typical cuisine, but not enough, there were some dishes missing from the menu and the waiter advised us but we were not satisfied but not because of the taste but because what we wanted was not there, on a Saturday evening, so we were disappointed however the dinner went well the service was quite fast the place was clean and welcoming the portions were very limited the bread wasn't the best, the Conad bread is better, don't skip the huge platter of cold cuts and cheeses why don't you feel bad, there are no cured meats but two cold cuts and 4 pieces of cheese, nothing more.
Moral of the story I wouldn't go back, overall overall rating no more than 6

Typical Italian cuisine, quality. It's expensive but it's good. The owner is very friendly even if he doesn't speak a word of French or English.
Accessible on foot from the parking lot along the river where we parked our van for the night

come tutti gli anni, per me la sera andare in questo piccolo ristorante per la tradizione valdostana, significa vacanza, accoglienza e cibo squisito. Sono frequentatore di fondo da almeno quarant’anni e a mio avviso è senza dubbio il migliore ristorante di Cogne.
