Lunch with the family and the dog (welcome), traditional cuisine with a few well-balanced reinterpretations. It's a family-run establishment, and you can sense their passion and love for cooking and the restaurant.

Don't be fooled by the location, in the main room the glass window offers a beautiful view of Cogne and the surrounding mountains. The menu is innovative with some daring but successful combinations such as peaches with ham. Excellent meat.

Great restaurant, very kind owner, maybe just a little short the menu but I think it is due to the fact that everything is prepared at the moment. Prices not exactly popular but in line with other places in the area.

Locale caratteristico, ottimi piatti, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto molto buono dall’antipasto al dolce.

Beautiful venue, pleasant view of the valley. Nice menu, not too many dishes but particular and valid. Prices lower than the average for the area. Nice and very welcoming owner! Worth a visit!

01/04/2025: Un buon ristorante, il migliore provato nel nostro soggiorno. Cucina valdostana fatta con alcune punte di originalità. Buona la carne della bourguignonne, gradevole la polenta. Servizio attento e ambiente curato, con un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze (che non guasta mai)
30/11/2024: Ottime polenta valdostana, spezzatino e dolci. Celere il servizio. Location molto carina e tradizionale. Consigliatissimo per le specialità regionali.

Restaurant Hotel Les Granges

16/07/2025: I returned to Les Granges after many years, and it was a pleasant confirmation. I dined and enjoyed well-prepared traditional dishes, with authentic and genuine flavors. The owners were very welcoming, creating a relaxed, family atmosphere. The service was also attentive and courteous. A welcome return, and I recommend it to anyone seeking traditional cuisine and sincere hospitality.
04/07/2025: Clean rooms, breakfast with brioche, yogurt cakes, excellent honey and local jams. Dinner with a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 3 side dishes, appetizer and dessert. Personally I would define everything we ate as very good
