Spectacular food, but the service is managed by a single person. The wait was very long, and there was no flexibility: while we were still waiting for the first course, we asked for a second course and were told that we'd end up in line at all the other tables, so we decided against it.

We had a wonderful time! Mr. Fabrizio was extremely kind and welcomed us, making us feel truly at home. His attention to customer service makes all the difference. The dishes were very good, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients.

We went for lunch on a Saturday! The place was truly welcoming and upscale! We ate very well, using local ingredients, all homemade! The owner was truly a kind and knowledgeable person! We'll definitely be back!

Review: After visiting Cogne, we ate at this restaurant with its warm, mountain-style atmosphere. For starters, we had a cheese, potato, and pomegranate dish—original and delicious. Then, we had a very good Italian risotto. All for €151 for four people, including wine, beer, and water. The place and the server were impeccable. It's a shame the copertos are charged (€12, or €3 per person).
