It was our first experience like this. Excellent service. We tried both tasting menus, one vegetarian and the other with meat and fish. The dishes were well explained, beautifully presented, and the flavors were truly wonderful and balanced, revealing the dedication and care put into the dishes. We also tried the wine pairings recommended by the sommelier, who introduced us to small, refined wineries. We were amazed and astonished.

If you're in Palermo and looking for a restaurant with great food, great professionalism, an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, and exceptionally prepared dishes using top-quality ingredients, you absolutely must choose this restaurant. The staff is truly friendly and attentive, and their preparation is meticulous in every way. Dishes cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't have made a better choice.

Very refined atmosphere, with a beautiful outdoor terrace in season. Top and very professional service with staff who explain the various courses. Wide selection on the wine list. Are you unsure whether to choose à la carte? Don't worry, choose the tasting menus and you won't forget anything. Recommended for an important occasion or to savor all the flavors, including the octave, of revisited Sicilian dishes.

It's a well-known fact that you eat well in Palermo, but it's less obvious that you can enjoy sophisticated, well-crafted and presented dishes in a welcoming and elegant setting, well-attended, with attentive service, and a solid selection of dishes, desserts, and wines. L'Ottava Nota is worth more than one visit; the exploration of new flavors, with a focus on traditional Sicilian ingredients, makes lunch an interesting sensory journey. My risotto with oysters and chocolate was an excellent choice, and the person who executed it to perfection had a great idea.

We all liked it. We were two couples, and we chose the tasting menu, including a vegetarian one. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, with very good products, an extensive wine list, and we were able to meet the chef and thank him for the dinner.
