Fantastic dining experience! From the impeccable service by Francesco to the dishes designed and cooked with love by Sol and Beppe accompanied by quality wines! Relaxing and elegant location that puts you at ease and welcomes families and children of all ages! When we want to indulge in good food and be pampered we are happy to come without fail and we always leave super satisfied!!!!

Had dinner in the garden with vegetarian friends: superb! The dishes on the Sol Menu are very interesting for their combinations, including peach gazpacho with robiola and fig must. Wine list that accompanies the menus well. Attentive and courteous service. To try again in different seasons.

Locazione esterna molto bella, in un giardino privato. Piatti raffinati, curati nei particolari. Porzioni normali, non troppo abbondanti. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale. Buona selezione di vini.

Si mangia nel centro di Savigliano, in un giardino molto tranquillo e molto accogliente. I piatti sono particolari con degli abbinamenti molto delicati come i miei gamberi spadellati su stracciatella di bufala, assolutamente da provare. Il risotto agli agrumi con tartare di salmone è molto delicato per finire con i dolci come lo zabaione al gin o i dolci di stagione (dolece all'albicocca su crumble di cacao). Inoltre ci sono anche qualche piatto della tradizione

14/07/2024: The restaurant offers delicious and carefully prepared dishes with fresh ingredients that are a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for special dinners. The service is professional and courteous. Highly recommended for those looking for the best of Piedmontese cuisine in a beautiful place. I especially recommend the vitello with tuna sauce and the guinea fowl.
09/07/2024: Very pleasant experience, starting from arriving at the venue. Surrounded by vineyards, the historic residence is well preserved and you can appreciate the furnishings of the past of the Royal family. The service is pleasant and you are welcomed with professionalism and elegance. We eat well, a lot. I think I would recommend everything. Delicious welcome appetizers. Infinite and high quality wine list. A splendid evening.

24/08/2024: I returned after some time and I must say that the experience was excellent. Really well created and very good dishes (perhaps the best Tajarin in the area), with quality ingredients, exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The desserts are absolutely worth trying! Truly compliments for the menu choices and for the attention to the customer shown (entree, pre-dessert and final small pastry are real gems!). I will definitely come back!
19/08/2024: Simply a MUST if you are in the area. SOOOOO delicious and interesting, completely new taste experiences
