Discovered by chance through The fork, chosen for its proximity to the theater... absolutely recommended! Original menu with interesting combinations and for all tastes (vegetarian, meat and fish)

A journey through tastes. Love for detail. Hospitality. You can feel the passion, from the flavors of the dishes, from the environment, from the care in preserving the wines. The only regret is not being able to taste everything, at least in one go. Reason why, I recommend going back several times. It will always be a pleasure!

The ostu is that place you hope to come across on an ordinary Sunday when you turn around with your nose in the air and want to feel good. It's not just a question of food (really excellent) but it's a combination of courtesy, hospitality, smiles and kindness. This is never taken for granted, we often just incur a critical judgment on what we eat as if we were all food and wine critics. Well done for giving us not just a lunch but an experience on a wonderful day in Savigliano.

Prenotato per San Valentino a cena. Pochi tavoli per cui la prenotazione e d'obbligo. Titolare, nonché chef,è persona straordinaria, spiega per filo e per segno come nasce ogni singolo suo piatto. Le materie prime sono di prima scelta e il palato le apprezza tantissimo. La gentilezza è di casa,vi mettono a proprio agio. I prezzi sono nella norma,d'altra parte è il meglio a Savigliano. Sicuramente torneremo nuovamente a farvi visita. Grazie per l'ospitalità,siete tutti straordinari.

20/04/2025: So let's make a premise: if you want beautiful photos go to their Instagram profile, because mine are photos of those who wanted to enjoy Easter lunch. Chosen after careful selection for an Easter lunch for couples. Summary: if I had to eat in only one restaurant for the rest of my life I would choose this one. From the aperitif to the dessert, no dish was predictable: new and unexpected textures, flavors and combinations. This made lunch a true experience of discovery. Very elegant dishes, space bread, for Easter they had a very well managed six-course menu (they were also very helpful in offering me alternatives to everything that contained fish - which I don't eat) Impeccable service: informal and attentive, it gave us the opportunity to feel at ease. Congratulations to the staff because this means working well. Objectively competitive price (€70 menu without wine) which we paid with satisfaction. We can't wait to return!!! (Tonight I will dream of all these delicious dishes 😭)
