We had dinner at Ostu Bistrot, where I found a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine was exceptional, with attention to detail. Sol, besides being a fantastic chef, is a lovely person. The manager and wait staff were helpful and professional. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

We decided to book this restaurant with high expectations, knowing it had an excellent reputation twenty years ago, and we can say it didn't disappoint.
The atmosphere is serene, with attention to detail, and exudes a rare tranquility. The service is elegant but never cold: it strikes the right balance that makes you feel pampered yet always at ease.
Special praise goes to Chef Sol, who, in addition to demonstrating great expertise in the kitchen, also finds the time and naturalness to welcome guests with a smile and a kind word. A human touch that makes all the difference.
An experience we happily recommend and will definitely repeat.

Provisional rating. I attended a fixed-menu dinner, so I can't give a fair assessment of the menu and value for money.
Location: 4, a bit anonymous on the outside, on a narrow, quiet street near the city center (parking nearby is paid); the interior is quite different: elegant, modern, quiet, and rather small (not suitable for large groups). Service: 4.5, attentive and adequate.
I plan to return to complete my rating.

What can I say other than "an exciting experience"!!
We started with Francesco's professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable welcome, then moved on to the creations of Sol, the chef... I chose one of the tasting menus offered and was blown away!! The dishes were excellent, not only beautiful to look at but also a true experience of taste and expertly prepared flavors, each course an explosion of pleasure for the palate. I was truly and pleasantly impressed...unfortunately, there are 5 stars, but I would have given more. My compliments, truly!! Needless to say, I will definitely be back!!
