Accolti da Fabio, simpatico e competente proprietario del locale, e da tutto il personale di sala, si inizia a mangiare con una serie di pietanze tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. I piatti particolari e ben preparati, sono intervallati ed accompagnati da delle bottiglie di vino espressamente raccontate e spesso condivise da Fabio. Quest'ultimo tra un piatto, una boccata di vino ed un formaggio locale buonissimo spartanamente tagliato su un tagliere sul tavolo, ti intrattiene con i suoi racconti mentre il tempo scorre piacevolmente. E' una vera esperienza culinaria.
