Questo non è un semplice ristorante...è un percorso, un piacevole intrattenimento culinario e molto di più! Accolti da Fabio, simpatico e competente proprietario del locale, e da tutto il personale di sala, si inizia a mangiare con una serie di pietanze tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. I piatti particolari e ben preparati, sono intervallati ed accompagnati da delle bottiglie di vino espressamente raccontate e spesso condivise da Fabio. Quest'ultimo tra un piatto, una boccata di vino ed un formaggio locale buonissimo spartanamente tagliato su un tagliere sul tavolo, ti intrattiene con i suoi racconti mentre il tempo scorre piacevolmente. E' una vera esperienza culinaria.

Congratulations to the owner Fabio and all the staff. The location is very beautiful, in the main square of Rivisondoli, with the bell tower and the church as a backdrop. The idea of ​​serving set dishes for all guests is beautiful. Very high quality food, carefully chosen, many courses paired with cheeses, fine oils and quality wines and which change along with the dishes. Every time I return, I always find new dishes. Reservation recommended. Price per person appropriate to the quality.

Well-kept and welcoming location, which creates a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff, together with the owner, are extremely friendly and attentive to customer needs. Prices are "slightly" above average, but absolutely justified by the high quality of the dishes and wines (and oils) offered. An excellent choice for those looking for a high-quality gastronomic experience.

Highly recommended for those who love good food, especially combined with excellent wines. The best thing is to leave it to Fabio, the owner, who offers exceptional combinations thanks to his vast knowledge on the subject. A pleasant discovery. Excellent also to all the staff, very knowledgeable and professional.

10/02/2025: We had a pleasant lunch at Trattoria La Brace. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, with a particularly evocative touch in the room with the fireplace. The owner is very courteous and approachable, making us feel at ease straight away and even allowing dogs access. The menu offers tasty and well-prepared dishes, with authentic flavors and quality, local raw materials. The saffron and bacon gnocchi tasted delicious, while Sashi's Florentine was a real highlight. The service is impeccable, attentive and professional. If you don't go for the Florentine but choose the mixed grill which is still excellent, you can eat at really honest prices that are difficult to find elsewhere. A place to definitely return for genuine cuisine and a warm welcome!
