You willingly return to a place where you eat well and find good service. But you definitely return to a place where, in the limited time of just one dinner, you immediately create a bond with the staff, the owner and even the other guests. The atmosphere you breathe here is one of passion for your work and attention to creating an unforgettable experience. Without frills and useless ceremonies, which often make you feel more uncomfortable than anything else, the owner accompanies you on a food and wine journey from the borders of France/Spain to Calabria, with oils and wines of the highest quality, and culinary creations that are moving in their goodness that arise from a mix of imagination and studies. We highly recommend it for anyone who wants to live an EXPERIENCE.

Esperienza particolare, non hanno un menù quindi devi affidarti al proprietario, grande personaggio sicuramente competente e simpatico! Pero’non basta, prezzi alti per quello che mangi!

Questo non è un semplice ristorante...è un percorso, un piacevole intrattenimento culinario e molto di più! Accolti da Fabio, simpatico e competente proprietario del locale, e da tutto il personale di sala, si inizia a mangiare con una serie di pietanze tra antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci. I piatti particolari e ben preparati, sono intervallati ed accompagnati da delle bottiglie di vino espressamente raccontate e spesso condivise da Fabio. Quest'ultimo tra un piatto, una boccata di vino ed un formaggio locale buonissimo spartanamente tagliato su un tagliere sul tavolo, ti intrattiene con i suoi racconti mentre il tempo scorre piacevolmente. E' una vera esperienza culinaria.

03/06/2025: More than a review, a big thank you is needed! I booked for a "blind" ceremony on the advice of a dear friend. I went to make a menu with the guys on the staff and from a wide choice they were able to advise me on the best solution. But the surprise was seeing them at work! Not only was the fish very fresh, the service fast to the right point, the staff very professional and courteous (something not so obvious at the ceremonies I have been to recently), but they were wonderfully precise and correct, there were no surprises on the bill, and when Ezio came out to fillet the fish personally, in front of the guests, we were all amazed. Ah, I think I have never eaten a better millefeuille in my life! Thank you all for the splendid impression you made on us, next time I will not hesitate to come back to you! You are fantastic

13/05/2025: A very nice place in Roccaraso, ideal for spending a day on the snow. We ate a good sandwich with cutlet, scamorza and friarielli at a fair price. In addition, it is possible to rent sleds for €15 for the whole day and rent deck chairs to relax and sunbathe. A practical and well-organized option for those who want to have fun without spending too much. Recommended for a different and pleasant day on the snow!
07/04/2025: I've been there several times. Every time it has been an excellent experience. Quality food, charming place and reasonable prices. A plus for us is that it offers gluten-free cuisine for celiacs. And he really does it. They have everything for celiacs. If you are in the area, stop by. I hope to be able to try it in the winter soon.
