Amazing restaurant!!! We were just passing through but it was a great discovery. Very good, quality cuisine and above all exceptional service. Welcoming, kindness, laughter. In short, great times. I recommend you try all the desserts. Special dedication to the pana cota, impossible to find one this good in Italy to this day 🥰

Today we had the pleasure of discovering Osteria a Balocco, and we can say with absolute sincerity that it was an experience that will remain etched in our memories. Since our arrival we have been welcomed with a rare kindness, the one that makes you feel at home, pampered and listened to, without ever being intrusive. The owner and the staff convey passion, warmth and a sincere desire to make their guests feel good. The food was simply delicious. The Barolo risotto was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, cooked to perfection. Each dish spoke of care and love for cooking. The appetizers, in their apparent simplicity, were an exaltation of the raw materials, all carefully selected, fresh and treated with respect. The cheeses – both local and from other areas – were of an astonishing quality, accompanied with a delicious citrus compote. The wine, chosen with expertise, accompanied the entire meal, enhancing every flavor without ever imposing itself. And the desserts... a real final treat, perfect for a sweet end to a lunch that surprised us at every course. As a vegetarian, I am often forced to "do with what there is", but here it was different. I found well-thought-out, tasty, balanced dishes, and above all a rare availability in wanting to please even those with special needs. It's not just about vegetarian options: it's about choices made with taste and awareness, which don't make you feel like an exception, but an integral part of the gastronomic experience. The bill? Refreshingly honest. A quality-price ratio that is difficult to find elsewhere. In summary, Osteria a Balocco is not just a restaurant: it is a place where you feel good, where time slows down and taste takes its space. A great little treasure to cherish... and to visit again soon.

Having stumbled upon it by chance without any reservation, it is a pleasure to taste authentic flavors and at the same time find such a kind and customer-focused manager. A well-deserved bravo to Mr. Carlo!

Un pranzo che ti riappacifica con il mondo. Antipasti da urlo, risotto al Barolo sublime e una barbera anzi due di livello superiore. Nel locale del sig. Carlo ci si sta bene come a casa e lui contribuisce in maniera egregia a far star bene gli ospiti. Torneremo senza se e senza ma.

Siamo stati a pranzo con amici. Ambiente accogliente e familiare. Menù vario con proposte della regione e bella scelta di vini. Ottimi piatti! Consigliato
