We stumbled upon this place on a day trip to Orvieto. We had a long lunch with a couple of glasses of wine! Lovely, authentic little place. Super food and friendly staff. Very reasonable price.
I wasn't sure what to exect with the pear and ricotta tart but it was absolutely delicious.
We would definitley go back.

It was delicious. We all had a different dish and everything was excellent. The service was superb. We all ordered the typical house white wine and it was very good. I ordered the ragu al cinghiale and I loved it. We ordered three different desserts and they were all fantastic; my favorite was the chocolate mousse. I highly recommend this place.

I booked a Saturday night dinner with my wife and daughter. I was thrilled with this wonderful Osteria! The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. "Sara and Fabio" were superb! Both in their service and courtesy, they were so friendly!
Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. It was enough to drive 120 km just to go back! Thank you!

The sandwich was good, but we experienced some inappropriate behavior, as by law, businesses must accept card payments without exception for takeout. "A porchetta sandwich for takeout was €10, but the cashier refused to accept a credit card, insisting that it was "cash only for takeout." They're not allowed to do that by law (POS mandatory from 2022, fine €30 + 4%). Luckily, we finally found cash to pay, otherwise we wouldn't have had the sandwich."

Trattoria right in the center. We ate very well. The prices were reasonable considering the location: €60 for two for a cured meats and cheese appetizer, two Chianina beef stews, a chocolate mousse, and a liter of house wine, all just 300 meters from the cathedral. Excellent service; it's hard to find a place with such friendly and helpful staff these days! Highly recommended.
