Excellent food and impeccable service! Super cold cuts and cheese platter, really good first courses and above average meat second courses...the desserts rounded off an already excellent dinner. Book with your eyes closed

I was there two weeks ago to celebrate my birthday, what can I say? The restaurant never disappoints me. The service was excellent, the waiters were friendly, polite and above all nice. The food was great, delicious. I thank the owner and all the restaurant staff for making that evening special.

Ottima serata. Cibo a dir poco buonissimo. Coratelle di agnello, crostini al fegato di pollo, zuppa medievale, trippa e tagliolini burro e tartufo tutti divini. Per nulla pesanti, anzi, sembrano cucinati in casa. Veramente favolosi. Atmosfera accogliente. Chef Squadroni molto gentile. Vino locale cantina Zanchi ok, sia il bianco che il rosso. Se saremo in zona, ci torneremo di sicuro.

Servizio accogliente, informale ma professionale. Molta disponibilità verso i bambini e le persone celiache. Piatti focalizzati sul territorio con qualche iniziativa interessante. Porzioni adeguate. Prezzi nella norma. Ricarichi dei vini assolutamente accettabili. Piccola critica: i servizi igienici sono un po’ logorati, le luci e l’arredo in generale potrebbero essere rivisti. Nel complesso, ottima scelta.

07/04/2024: We returned for the fixed menu Easter lunch. Fast and attentive service. Very interesting and unconventional dishes. There is a refined cuisine waiting to be discovered. Very well curated selection of wines
03/04/2024: Excellent restaurant just outside Orvieto. Very good food with harmonious combinations, a note of merit for the pig off the menu and the self-produced cold cuts. Furthermore, the Sangiovese proposed as the house wine is valid as well as recommended. Everything is introduced and accompanied by the kindness, precision and friendliness of the staff. Prices are slightly above average, but adequate for the experience.
