An authentic royal experience! Spectacular food, with attention to the smallest details and with the highest quality ingredients. Every dish tells a story, and what a story! The service? Impeccable. Attentive, smiling and always available staff: they make you feel like a special guest, not just a customer. The environment is elegant but welcoming, with an atmosphere that mixes tradition and refinement. A dinner I won't easily forget. Congratulations to all the staff! I will definitely come back.

Not much to say, I definitely recommend the place in the summer as there is the possibility of eating on the beach facing the sea. Delicious food and excellent service

"An unforgettable dining experience! I have had the pleasure of dining at Maitó since 1960 and I must say that every aspect of my experience was excellent. The raw tuna appetizer with soy sauce and avocado was a true masterpiece: the very fresh and tasty tuna, the soy sauce which added a touch of flavor and the avocado which gave a unique creaminess. But the real protagonist of the lunch was the spaghetti with cooked, raw scampi and bottarga: a dish that expressed all its elegance and refinement. The scampi was cooked to perfection, the bottarga added a touch of saltiness and the spaghetti was cooked al dente. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. In summary, Maito' dal 1960 is a restaurant that cannot be missing from your list of places to visit. The quality of the dishes, the service and the atmosphere make this restaurant a unique and unforgettable dining experience. We were last night for the first time in this beautiful place, I must say that it exceeded our expectations, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent Party animal with live music (Congratulations to the singer) and to my surprise I ate the best risotto ever, very kind and efficient staff. It will definitely be one of our points Reference for this summer. We can't wait to return to taste the other delicacies offered on the menu.

Very nice restaurant, in a location a few meters from the sea with outdoor but also indoor tables. I noticed the outside tables right on the sand. I found the staff very courteous and helpful, attentive to detail, while the service was quite fast. Clean, elegant and well-kept internal bathroom. I had lunch there for work reasons and I ordered a first course, specifically a "Sciuè Sciuè" spaghetti if I remember correctly, seasoned with various types of datterino tomatoes. Mise en place well organized and while waiting for the first order they served bread of various consistencies and a chilli cream to absolutely try. First course with the right portions, well seasoned, simple and very tasty. We end with a coffee accompanied by some sweets and biscuits. I recommend the place because it is really very nice, then you are on the sea and it is perfect for a relaxing day seasoned with good food.

This time we tried the MAITO' for lunch and obviously we were not disappointed, moreover with a table overlooking the sea, incomparable! 5 star service, not invasive but very warm and friendly. Obsessively preparing the table (details make the difference) and dishes from a thousand and one nights. Particular praise goes to a simple but not obvious dish: their maxi-pinzimonio of organic vegetables. One of our favorite restaurants in the Fort, if not THE FAVORITE, without a doubt!
