Excellent Maremma cuisine. Abundant dishes. The dining room staff is friendly and immediately manages to convey a relaxing family atmosphere. The meat can be chosen by customers, both in the piece and in the cut and thickness, in fact the choice of the name is no coincidence: "Officina del Macellaio", in practice each dish can be customized according to one's preferences. But it's not just meat that is among the highlights of the menu: the starters, the first courses (personally I love the pappardelle with wild boar in white) and the desserts, especially the Sicilian cannoli, are also exquisite. Very clean and tidy place. Accessibility for disabled people in wheelchairs is prevented by the presence of some steps at the main entrance, but this could be avoided by using the secondary access.

Ottima cucina casareccia, pappardelle al cinghiale e alla lepre eccellenti. Dolci ottimi. Prossima volta assaggiamo la carne che ha un bell'aspetto. Entusiasmante esperienza.

Locale semplice, personale gentile e disponibile: dire che come partenza è ok! I cibi genuini, hanno veramente il sapore di una volta: crostini di fegato superlativi, fagioli con le cotiche come una volta, squisiti! Poi i primi ottimi: pici del macellaio saporiti e con i porcini. Dolci ok! Per noi una tappa fissa…

Domenica ore 14,30 nella campagna maremmana. Il nulla assoluto. Spunta questa trattoria come un miraggio! Entro e trovo una tavolata di bikers. Dove vanno loro si mangia sempre bene. Poi vedo quadri con le varie bestie edibili alle pareti e il proprietario sosia di chef Rubio con la mannaia in mano che taglia fiorentine a iosa! Sono nel posto giusto penso. Infatti il crostino con fegato eccelso e il fagiolo con le cotiche da orgasmo. Complice il rosso della casa trangugio una delle code alla vaccinara piu’ eccelse mai assaggiate. Ambiente chiassoso, varia umanita’ campagnola. Ma la qualita’ davvero top! Una eccellenza del territorio. Roba da buttero doc…..
