I only give three stars because the night I went for dinner I had to wait a long time to order and then to eat. There were only two ladies taking orders and serving tables... definitely good raw materials, inviting dishes and well cooked nothing to say, but the attention to the customer and the service were lacking, at least the night I had dinner. The fact that I had to ask for the bread and we didn't think about it a little, I confess, annoyed me. Also, being below street level, the cell phone doesn't work and I had to ask twice for the password for the wifi. I expected more from such a beautiful and refined place. Prices a little higher than normal. The place is beautiful anyway... I just hope I ended up there on a bad night. Corciano is WONDERFUL!

We arrive at this beautiful place that was recommended to us by the owner of the farmhouse where we are staying in the heart of a truly unique village! I must admit that the wait was exhausting and that on a Saturday evening only two people in charge of the service are really few. However, what we ordered two red onion tarts, and two gnocchi, one with scampi and one with saffron and truffle, were truly delicious! Good value for money so I would basically say positive! The lady who served us was nice. Recommended!

Nice place, typical as a structure of the context in which it is located. Friendly staff, decent food, but definitely prices a bit too high.

High level catering. Trained and attentive staff. Price absolutely consistent with the cuisine offered. Located in Corciano, in the historic center of the characteristic village, the restaurant features refined, elegant and tidy furnishings, all in a warm, welcoming and very tranquil atmosphere. As for dinner, we ate a portion of paccheri with tuna ragù and a grilled beef entrecote. For the second course we shared fried calamari and prawns (truly special). Subsequently, for desserts, we opted for a tiramisu. Water and a glass of red wine as drinks. All the dishes were delicious and the flavors stood out harmoniously. The goodness of the preparation and the food is evident. It is a real pleasure to taste these delicacies. The portions are good and the value for money is definitely satisfactory. The service demonstrated great professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. 100% recommended.

22/07/2025: While traveling, we stumbled upon this charming resort, not yet fully completed but already offering a pleasant experience. The main building, built of stone, exudes charm and ensures a perfect indoor temperature, especially on the hottest days, making it a favorite. We ate lunch on the outdoor veranda, which is quite breezy—perhaps less convenient in the height of summer, but still pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the cuisine: meat and fish dishes prepared with care and attention to the finest ingredients, all at a price in line with the offerings. Although it was our first visit, we can confidently say that the quality is above average, and obviously the prices aren't too high. The menu may vary, but what we tasted exceeded our expectations. We discovered this place thanks to a promotion on TheFork, which allowed us to discover this excellent hidden gem. Even non-golfers will find compelling reasons to visit—and we definitely recommend it to those seeking good food, tranquility, and a touch of charm. We'll reserve the fifth star for a return visit and a broader global experience.

18/07/2025: The hotel is slightly dated but functional. The pool is excellent, and the jacuzzi was a lifesaver on a hot, sultry day. The breakfast was excellent. 👍
23/06/2025: Stayed only one night with Smartbox, what can I say, we wanted another ten, because: the super magnificent location, the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel, the kindness and hospitality of Elio and Eliana super fantastic. Dining on the veranda with a panoramic view that has no equal, you have the opportunity to regenerate yourself 100% excellent dinner. The breakfast is very abundant, with homemade cakes and jams, nothing is missing. For us who often go to Assisi to unplug from the chaos of the city, this is absolutely the best hotel we have stayed.
