We had dinner at the restaurant, very beautiful and characteristic. The spectacular food, the impeccable table service. We stayed overnight in the "blue room", very very nice, clean, the kitchen was equipped for breakfast, enhanced by the homemade desserts, delicious. We will happily return, congratulations to all the staff for their kindness. F. Marzullo.

Myself, my partner and a couple of friends tried the restaurant. I must offer my most sincere compliments to Ilaria for her availability and kindness in welcoming us at 2.30pm and equally many compliments to Federico for having prepared some truly good dishes made with passion. WELL DONE!

Io, la mia compagna e una coppia di amici abbiamo pranzato divinamente presso questo ristorante. I miei più sinceri complimenti per la gentilezza di Ilaria e per gli ottimi piatti preparati dal compagno Federico. Una splendida realtà nel borgo di Corciano. Dispiace leggere quelle recensioni che INGIIUSTAMENTE abbassano la media del voto. Questi due ragazzi non se le meritano. Ci hanno accolto che erano le 14 e 30, con il sorriso sulle labbra facendoci mangiare dei piatti fatti bene e con passione. Se potessi darei 6 stelle. CONSIGLIATO ANZI SUPERCONSIGLIATO!

Top restaurant. Ate crudités, blue, red and pink prawns, oysters and canestrelli. An exceptional dish. Consumed a first course of tagliolini with sea urchins and bottarga, a great dish. The classic paccheri with excellent lobster. All accompanied with a good Umbrian wine, a white blend of Grechetto and Trebbiano. Excellent atmosphere, very nice place, and well-trained, friendly and very helpful staff. Prices in line for what was consumed. One of the best fish restaurants in Umbria, fresh products and excellently cooked. Local dishes are also present obviously, but for fish, a must. Compliments.

Discovering a wedding favor in the center of the Gran Sasso D'Italia fills our hearts!!!! An evening in the company of soul friends to celebrate my advancing age I encountered a magical place where the majesty and magic of the dishes interpreted by the chef also met the people of the room accompanied by the friendliness of Francesco.... What can I say??? Absolutely a 10 with honors…. Try it to believe it!!!!

14/10/2024: Tuvimos la cena más increíble aquí, el camarero (que era el camarero más apasionado que hemos encontrado) hizo toda la experiencia y tuvimos una comida que nunca olvidaremos. Nos explicó todo el menú en inglés, detallando los ingredientes de cada plato (que por lo que reunimos era todo sostenible y cultivado localmente) al final de la misma queríamos probar todo! Incluso la cosa más simple como cebollas asadas con zumaque fue increíble. Se nota lo frescos que eran todos. Mi compañero dijo que su pasta era el mejor Ragu que había comido en Italia, ¡lo que fue un gran elogio! Tantas opciones veganas también, que es muy raro en Italia. Este fue el único lugar donde me dieron un postre en 7 días, así que me alegro de que fuera genial. Muchas gracias por la experiencia, nos encantó todo sobre su restaurante Pd - incluso la música que tocan es brillante. Restaurante llamado Pink Floyd.

12/01/2025: The place is created from an ancient building, first a church and then a spa facility. So much so that, right in the central position, there is the old apse from which the original thermal water fountain flows. The place is well furnished, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Land and sea cuisine with a prevalence of the latter on the menu. I must say that the dishes we tried were all well prepared and with excellent quality raw materials. So the exam was excellently passed as far as I'm concerned. Well done. Prices in line with the quality offered.
06/01/2025: Elegant place with a slightly retro taste that really fascinates me. In addition to being a particular and characteristic location, it is well cared for and maintained by the fantastic owner-chef who is very good at cooking and making fish. Wide choice of dishes, all very inviting and at a more than fair price. A great place to eat well and spend a pleasant and relaxing moment of the day.
