A lovely place to eat, right in front of the fortress! The cured meats were really good, as were all the mushroom dishes! There wasn't a children's menu, but they made us pasta with tomato sauce anyway. Besides the cured meats, I particularly enjoyed the fried porcini mushrooms, and the risotto was also delicious. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant wasn't crowded, and we were served quickly. One of the girls (I think the owner) was very kind, and asked us several times how our lunch was going and if she could help us. Recommended if you're in the area!

Una domenica sera di agosto abbiamo gustato una vera pizza napoletana ai piedi della Rocca di Fontanellato. Impasto super leggero, ingredienti selezionati e di qualità. Conoscevamo già questo locale ed ogni volta è una conferma.

If you want to try some Neapolitan cuisine, true and genuine, this is the right place. The influences with Emilian cuisine are evident and well integrated, not only in the menu, but also in the recipes. The Genovese, for example, is made with pork cheek. The pizza is also excellent. The service is a little slow compared to the standards, but courtesy and friendliness make the time pass well. Fair prices.

Abbiamo scelto di pranzare in questo ristorante, sia per la sua posizione avanti alla rocca, sia per il piacevole aspetto esterno... e anche per l'iniziale cortesia del personale che ci ha ben impressionato. Scelta azzeccata! Ci siamo trovato molto bene.
Antipasti e primi saporiti, ben preparati e ben cucinati... ed anche un po' abbondantini, nel pieno della tradizione emiliana sia come piatti che come porzioni, tant'è che siamo passati direttamente al dolce, il quale non si è smentito come gusto e qualità.
Un posto che terremo presente.
