We (two married couples who are friends) were totally surprised by the reality. Extremely friendly and welcoming hospitality, courtesy, and understanding… We've never experienced anything like it in all of Italy. Here, the customer truly is king and is treated with the utmost respect. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the delicious food and the staff… everything was top-notch! We weren't expecting this and were therefore more than pleasantly surprised. The manager personally provided a parking space in the courtyard (garden restaurant) for our friend (who wears a prosthesis). Without much asking. This wouldn't be possible in the service desert of Germany. Thanks again to the entire team! We wish you all the best!

We spent a weekend here and we loved it. we took our Belgian Mali with us which was a deal breaker since our dog is part of the family. The owner was very friendly in the phone when I called and when we got there he helped me to park my car. He also greeted me outside of the hotel and he sent out a waitress to help us carrying luggages into our rooms. The hotel reminded me of my childhood a little back in to the 90's which had a positive affect on me. The room was simple but very clean. The dinner was great, we were all very satisfied. The stuffs were friendly and welcoming. On our first night I barely got enough sleep because of a screeming child across our room, which of course is not the fault of the owner, however, I mentioned it to him in the morning and he offered me another room for my convenience. We ended up having two rooms, although I paid only for one, the other one was a gift as he said. I was very touched by his kindness and how considerate he was. The owner of this hotel including the stuffs did everything where we can feel well cared for. I have been traveling with my kids relatively often, but the hospitality of this man should be recognised world wide. The hotel is simple, but cozy, the people are warm and friendly, it is hard to find places like that. When we were about to leave, the owner walked us to our car, and from his heart he wished us a safe trip. I was so touched by his kindness that I couldn't hold my tears back. This place somehow touched our hearts, even so that I'm bragging about it in Germany, that kindness and hospitality still exists, maybe not somewhere in a busy city, but definitely up in the mountains in Brunate. We thank him and his stuff for our weekend. We are very happy that we met them. I can only recommend this place. And for as a last word; we will be back.
