The place is truly beautiful in the summer, but it's still welcoming and typical of the area even in the winter. The service was excellent, even for me, a celiac. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Try the "Gazunt" to finish off your meal. Highly recommended!

I stopped for a spritz, very welcoming

I've been eating here since I was little. A lovely, typical local spot. Very good food, excellent service, and a mountain hut atmosphere. On clear days, it boasts an incredible view of the valley.

Tried it on December 27, 2025, with friends. The restaurant is in a scenic spot, but well past Recoaro and therefore difficult to reach, especially in the evening or in bad weather. It has ample parking, I think adequately sized for the restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The bathroom is very basic, but clean. The service is friendly, but not particularly fast and rather confusing; in fact, they didn't serve us all at once. I had the gnocchi with fioretta, which I'd never had before. They were good, but, I must say, I didn't find them to be this special. They're gnocchi with cheese in the dough and with lots of melted butter. Initially, they brought me a very small portion, but luckily, I later received a generous bonus. The venison steak I ordered for my second course was very good and well-cooked. The fries and cooked vegetables on the side were also good, as was the coffee. The house wine was average. The price I paid, €22 per person, was truly reasonable. Overall, a good place, but a bit out of the way. Reservations recommended.

Fantastic food. Best steak I've had in years. The atmosphere is dated, but overall I didn't mind. Unfortunately, I had to keep the dog in the car. I'll be back.

We stopped for lunch with the choir on Sunday, July 13, 2025, 25 people. Two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, various side dishes, dessert, and coffee. All excellent dishes, quick and very friendly service. Constant revisitations. Fettuccine with duck. Gnocchi with fioretta, venison stew with polenta... all very delicious. Fair prices. Excellent.
