Arrivati in questo locale post ufficio incuriositi dalle buone recensioni, cercando qualcosa in zona Pomezia.
Ne è valsa la pena.
Locale accogliente, personale giovane, presente e gentile.
Cucina di livello. Veramente tutto buono: il pane, gli entree, antipasti, primi e dolci (la pastiera rivisitata era buonissima).
I prezzi sono adeguati al tipo di locale ed alla qualità della cucina

Historic restaurant in the center of Pomezia, a very nice and well-kept place, offering a good choice of fish with the possibility of a meat variant, excellent wine list. The dining room staff is prepared and discreet with good preparation in explaining the dishes. Not very noisy place, recommended for a nice evening. Worth mentioning is the top-quality decomposed pastiera. The price is correct for the place and for the quality of the raw material.

Il trionfo dell’eleganza per un’esperienza culinaria di classe che nulla lascia al caso. Location raffinata, servizio attento e puntuale, piatti dall’impatto visivo impeccabile con abbinamenti di sapori e contrasti che esplodono letteralmente al contatto con il palato. Che si scelga il percorso degustazione o si ordini dalla carta, le costanti sono materie prime di altissima qualità, ricerca innovativa e tecnica eccellente. Carta dei vini ricca, dettagliata e geograficamente ben organizzata. Gestione del problem solving estremamente professionale per sanare un errore nel conto prontamente corretto. Coccolati dall’antipasto al dolce per una cena di coppia che ripeteremo appena possibile.
